We stopped at the Carl's Jr. At Santa Fe and City center in Pueblo, the order was repeated back to us so fast that we couldn't hear what was being said. So we had no clue whether they got their order correct. We had to ask for straws for our drinks. Our drinks didn't even have ice and the napkins were at the bottom of the bag and greasy before we got to where we were going and then the people working inside had the audacity et to reprimand me because I knocked on the window to get straws definitely do not recommend this location read more

Can't beat the MEAT! I always get the quarter pound "lettuce wrap"! The meat is always fully cooked and the flavor is the best! Service is always drive thru so it varies - but I always go here when I'm really hungry from shopping in the area. read more

I got delivery tonight and I'm so unhappy with it. I've never had a problem with your food before but this was just ridiculous. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was about the size of a chicken nugget! It was poorly put together and just sad. I really don't know if I'll order from there again after this experience. Stopped here with two hangry teenagers. What to my wandering eye did appear? Lots of meth addicts and crack heads in the surrounding parking lots. Undaunted, I rolled up to the drive thru where I was greeted by an AI speaker system that took my order. It was creepy how pleasant it sounded. Pulled up to the window and a seamless transaction took place with a live human! $31 later, I had two quiet teenagers chowing down on their combo meals and I managed not to get stabbed in the parking lot by the extras from The Night of the Living Dead. Seems Wendy's, Taco Bell and this place all on Santa Fe seem to think nothing of operating not a drive through but a we will take your money and you can pull over and wait, they blame shortages and one time even said they could not take orders after waiting in line . Seems customer service is lacking. Then when it seems it can't get any worse I leave and find out half way home, no fries. In the day I would of said oh well 79 cents, but today they cost a billion dollars so had to turn around and go get em then the clerk wants to examine my receipt like a fine artwork before she finally says yep, then gives me a three quarter full box with not so much as a sorry about that. read more

I came to this Carl's Jr during a recent trip to Colorado to see my best friend. He eats way too much fast food, but that's just my opinion. But he always has highly recommended this Carl's Jr location. They've always been really nice to him, and I've been here one other time with him. They recognize him as a regular customer, chat with him, have a good laugh, and go on with the day. In fact, they recognized me the second time I came in as well. That should say something about the level of customer service they have here. We go in and get food one evening for him, his girlfriend, and myself. We order, and he's one of those obnoxious customers that customizes his order. I'd hate him in the fast food world. Lol. He ordered the guacamole bacon burger, with out the bacon, and light onions and added cheese. Not huge changes, but if they are busy, could be a pain. In this case, they weren't terribly busy. We got the food to go, along with my order and his girlfriend's order. When we get home, the food was terrible. The burgers all had a dark, overcooked edge to them. Kinda like when you defrost meat in the microwave and the edges get all cooked and rubbery. All of ours looked like that. We ordered the thick burgers, or whatever the larger sized ones are called. I forget, but I think they used to be called the $6 burger. Anyway, the burger he orders for his girlfriend was not the thick burger size. It was closer to a Whopper Jr size. That's the closest thing I can think to compare it to. It was tiny, and definitely not a thick burger. His burger lacked the cheese he ordered, had extra bacon on it, and extra onions as well. It was almost like they read his order and did the polar opposite. Mine was made correctly, just had the overcooked edge to it. So he elects to go back the following day and ask for a refund. This shouldn't be a problem, given that he is a very regular customer in here and they recognize him and talk to him, and know this is a very rare occurrence. He always has high praise for the store, and tells them when they've done well. He meets a manager the following day around noon or so. It wasn't the same shift in which the bad meal had occurred. He explained what happened and that he would like a refund. The manager tells him that they cannot issue one right then, because it didn't occur on his shift. OK, so he needed to come back when the specific manager from the previous evening was on duty. Not a huge deal. The current manager goes and checks the schedule to let us know when that manager would be working next so he could get the refund. So we have a set time frame and date as to when to come back. No wild goose chase to find this manager. It wasn't that the one standing in front of him didn't want to help or thought my best friend was trying to be shady. He simply had to follow restaurant policies and still went out of the way to help. He goes back in when the manager was on duty. I didn't go during this trip, but he said he went in and talked to them and explained what happened. Boom. Refund on the debit card that was used, and it appeared on the bank statement within 24 hours. They were more than apologetic, and happy to give the refund. Even that manager was surprised the experience was terrible with the food, and stated they would look into it. But the refund was super easy and they were happy to help. Would I return? Absolutely! I am impressed by the level of customer service, and generally the food is good. I wasn't impressed by the food I described earlier, but that was a one time fluke, and they get it perfect 9 times out of 10. They are always kind and helpful, and enjoy my bestie coming in and chatting with them. I was impressed by the fact that they recognized me when I came in myself later during the trip as well. The advertising of the food sold is not close to the portions. The menu shows massive amounts of food. But in reality it's no where close to the advertising. In defense of the one I went to. I really hope that this is not how it's done and it's just a Carl's Jr. Thing and not the manager? More specific the pepper corn mushroom burger! It was such a rip off I can't believe I paid $5.91 for it. I'm so mad I didn't take it back. Absolutely nothing to really say about a fast food chain like this. After working more than a half a day like crazy I had a four hour drive back to Denver. Half way back I was super tired and almost falling asleep on the highway. The BF suggested a drink to keep me awake. Large diet coke please with a chicken sandwich. Perfectly fine drive thru, good service, and fine fountain beverage and chicken sandwich. It meets all the off highway requirements for a quick fix. read more

It's the second time I got crumby service at this Carls Jr. This afternoon, I sat at least 2 minutes at the drive thru speaker. The young woman on the other side never greeted me; she just snapped at me, "Did you need help finding something on the menu?" with a lot of crankiness. This burger joint gets the crown for dirtiest eating place ever! Mold in the lemon wedge container, condiment counter disgusting, even the restrooms were, despite needing to ask for a code to enter, filthy and stank. I doubt (hope not) that this is typical for all Carl's Jr., this is failing management big time! read more

This is the best Carl's Jr. location in Pueblo. The food is always hot and made right, whether you get breakfast (excellent Hardee's biscuits) or burgers for lunch. And you never have to wait too long. Plus, the staff is polite and friendly. Lastly, it's conveniently located right off highway 25. There's really not much bad to say about this one! read more

This location recently started serving beyond burgers. I love them! However every single time I go in I ask for it well done and every single time I get served and it's still cold and super pink in the center. Came here for a late night burger, specifically telling them what i wanted and didn't want on my burger. The manager of the store usually gets my order spot on the first time around. Not the people who are working when he's not there. They don't take pride in their service. Ended up with a slopped up soggy mess with everything that i didn't want on my burger that was quite literally un-eatable. Went there and some disgruntled minimum wage employee who goes by the name of Amanda not only didn't give me a receipt...my burger had cheese and my Sprite ended up being a Coke. It was late so I didn't want to wait on a new order so I gave her my food back as I couldn't eat it and she had the audacity to tell me that she couldn't give me a refund even though I paid with a debit card and she could have easily looked it up to confirm that I ordered there. What does she think? That I found a bag with a burger fries and a coke on the side of the road? Her attitude was beyond terrible. First off I got the wrong bathroom code on my receipt and then the bathroom was not fully functional. One of the stalls doors did not close and the other one had a wobbly seat. The lady who took our order was slow and should have been trained better. My burger had cheese with I specifically asked not to have any cheese. Also there was too much mayo on the burger. read more

Fast, friendly and affordable. The food was hot and fresh. They always cook their criss cut fries to order and the 1/2 lb Steakhouse is a great burger! The drive thru is quick, usually in and out in 5 minutes. The lobby is clean. If you're a fan of tea the peach green tea is really good! Overall a good experience. Will go again and again. read more

The food was okay, i worked there in September of 2015, I was very concerned about going to work with all the homeless people coming up to me while i was on break. how they managed the business was unprofessional. They had no concern about people washing themselves in the bathroom and doing drugs on the back of the toilet seat, very very unsanitary. as i gave them the notice of me leaving i handed in my uniform i gave them the address to send my last check to and they did not send it because "it was too much of a hassle to send it through the mail." so as me saying that they never gave me my last paycheck which i thought was illegal to hold. read more
