They have terrible service; there are supposedly 10 people working there and I had to wait 45 minutes for 2 hamburgers.

Now open; strange location - South on Pueblo Blvd. next to LOWE'S. Can also get to it by going to Lowe's entrance, follow "drive thru" signs. Very busy, long wait, won't go again until things slow down! The burger itself, however, was good. Large bun, all the fixin's; lettuce, tomato, pickle, cheese is an extra .99. Fries were good; good portion size. $10.64 Because it was so busy, the bun and fries were slightly cooler than I would have liked, but the flavor was good. All I heard, from employees was arguing over who is supposed to be helping with the front counter. I finally left. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Brand new restaurant open about 2 week. Super clean and very friendly staff. Got 3 meals with shakes. Total 50$ Speed of service was pretty good considering it's a new place. They forgot to bag our order but it's not a big deal. The bad: the food was kinda mid. The fries were super cold and old/hard. The chocolate shakes we got did not taste right. Had no chocolate taste to it. They were watery and gross. The double with cheese was good and large but not very hot. Especially comparing to the Swiss and mushroom one my wife got. Not much of a line when I went in May 27th but had to wait more than 30 minutes get my food because they accidentally cleared my order off there screen. I placed my order inside using the Kiosk. After 10 minutes I asked one of the cashiers how much longer on my order and about 5 minutes later the person went on there break having not answered my question. I asked the guy working the lobby area still got no answer, now it had been 30 minutes and still no food. I had seen one of the manager's Looking out in the lobby from the area by the soda fountains. I pointed at him asking to see him and asked about my I order he had no clue he said since none of his employees had even asked him. It took another 15 minutes after showing my receipt for my order and the burger and onion rings were barely warm. I know this store in Pueblo Colorado just a few days ago but I won't be a returning customer for Poor Service and the attitude I got from the store manager when I asked him to remake since the burger was barely Lukewarm in the middle on the outside and raw in the middle. I'll go back the road to there Competitor who since day one have never been rude to customers when I've been there. Worst Customer Service Experience I've ever had in 54 years and not even an apology for making me wait over 30 minutes and then being rude to a customer was nothing. Sorry but WhataBurger needs to Replace there restaurant Manager with someone that cares about customer service because here In Pueblo, Colorado we have places with way better burgers at way better prices than WhataBurger and they have way better Customer Service because they value there customers and know Returning Customers are a must in this city or you will be closing your doors soon. read more
