This place is just easy and fun, whether you're working on your swing or just hitting a bucket of balls for stress relief. You can even bring your dog, which is adorable. My son takes lessons here for $20 a week with Coach Baze and has learned so much. It's a little neighborhood gem with a cute golf shop and good vibes all around.

I like that this driving range has lights so we can practice hitting balls at night. It's clean and in good shape. There are a lot of stalls. The parking lot is close so you don't have to walk far. Employees are friendly.

KID FRIENDLY family friendly driving range! We decided to take our kids to this driving range and they had the most perfect little grass patch set up in the back and right across it was the "adults" area. They even had kid putters available! We were able to hit the balls while keeping an eye on our kid! I do wish they had it a little enclosed or a little wall to stop the balls from rolling into the sidewalks or the adults area. It definitely enticed the little ones to be on the adults side vs just staying in their area. Overall though it was such a great quick place to go for a family outing or even by yourself or with a group. There's a decent amount of spaces but get filled up. We went in the middle of the week at 4pm and it was nearly packed! Bathrooms are very dirty so I'd keep that in mind before coming here! The golf center offers food, classes, fitting, purchasing sets and more! Definitely worth checking out. Staff was also very friendly!

I'm new to golf and always drive by this spot. I always thought it would be fun to stop and hit some balls but I didn't have any clubs. Fast forward to yesterday and I have taken 5 lessons and played a few holes on executive courses. I'm not great but I'm better than when I started. We pulled in near the golf mart store and parked. It always looks packed from the freeway but parking wasn't an issue. We walked past the building and looked over the choices for getting buckets of balls. We didn't sign up for a membership this trip but likely willing to the future for the discount it gives and to participate in happy hour. We chose 105 balls for $14.00 used a credit card and were on our way. Then we picked two stalls next to each other and proceeded to hit all of those balls. It was a beautiful warm sunny day and even though they were pretty crowded people were constantly coming and going so no one had to wait for a stall. I can't hit very far yet so the hill that people complain about in other reviews did not affect me. I went through my balls faster so I saved a few and went to the putting green. I need all the practice I can get and one of the putting holes is uphill so I spent some time there. Then I tried the others, I definitely need more practice. If you need help there are staff around but I like not having to interact if I don't need to. I would love to come back and try the night (with my bug spray per reviews and flies in my car when we left) sessions.

If you don't take a cart or rent a little dolly, you will be in for great exercise as there are plenty of hills to go up and down as you trek through the course. There is a water station that has reverse osmosis water near the check-in station. The driving range has a good amount of stations. Cons: parking here can get crowded very quickly. I came here on a Sunday afternoon and had to park in the dirt patch next to the parking lot as it was way too full. Not necessarily a huge con, but a lot of other golfers brought their dogs with them on the course which is fine but could be a hazard for other people driving their golf carts. Nothing too crazy here. Verdict: you're very challenging course, but this course is very fun. I spent around $80 to play here which is a bit on the expensive side but could be worth it if you get Sunset hours or maybe during a different season. I'd recommend other people to come here if they want to challenge themselves at golf.

Four stars for TaylorMade Golf. I'm a fan…read more When I first started playing golf, throughout the 90s and into the mid 2000s, I was a Callaway man. Every club in my bag, from driver to putter, was Callaway. Then, when the USGA limited the size of driver heads to 460cc, I decided to buy a new driver. I went to my local PGA Tour Superstores and demoed a bunch of them. I tried them out on simulators and recorded my stats (e.g. ball spin, club head speed, distance, launch angle, and of course, accuracy). I also checked the clubs out and took them with me to the range. I had multiple demo sessions between two PGA Tour Superstore locations and the range. This was a big investment decision for me, especially since these drivers cost hundreds of dollars each. Brands I tested included Adams, Callaway, Cleveland, Cobra, TaylorMade, and Titleist. After extensive testing, the driver that came out on top for me and my swing was the TaylorMade Burner. I still use the driver to this day with relatively consistent results. I've been very happy with it. It's got a stock regular flex Fujikura graphite shaft and I've had the grip replaced with the tried and true Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip (it's on all my clubs but the putter). Other TaylorMade products I've regularly used include golf balls and golf gloves. I really liked playing the TaylorMade TP Reds before they stopped making them. They felt great. Recently, I've been going through boxes of TaylorMade Dad-isms golf balls. They're more of a gift than a "serious" competition ball. My dad found them on sale/clearance at his local sports store/golf shop. At my skill level, they work just as well as, if not better than, the old TP Reds I used to play. As for gloves, I currently have a small collection of TaylorMade Tour Preferred and Stratus gloves that will last me for years. Again, my dad found many on sale/clearance, this time, at the Golf Galaxy (IIRC) on Hilton Head Island. The gloves feel great. They fit well, are smooth and comfortable, and help give me a good grip on every single one of my clubs. I prefer the Tour Preferred gloves because each one comes with a roughly quarter-size magnetic ball marker on top of the velcro flap; not one of those tiny snap-in button ball markers. Dustin Johnson supposedly wore the same glove (either the Tour Preferred or Stratus, I'm not sure). At the time of writing this review, TaylorMade has a star-studded lineup of PGA Tour players that it sponsors including Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson, Jason Day, Collin Morikawa, Jon Rahm, Matthew Wolff, Rickie Fowler, and Rory McIlroy. Currently, TaylorMade's most expensive product is the SIM Driver with an MSRP of $549.99. "SIM" stands for Speed in Motion, a "reshaped" driver with a "speed-injected" "Twist Face," among many other features that have been marketed and hyped up. Twist Face has always sounded gimmicky to me, but admittedly, I haven't tried out the relatively new technology yet. Regardless, TaylorMade is one of the pillar golf brands of today and in my experience, they produce solid clubs and accessories. I recommend their products to casual golfers.

From coming through the front gate to departing, this is a world class experience. Greeted by name at the door by Lucas and Andy...clearly they are only focused on you as a golfer and what you need. Lucas was very professional, understanding and accommodating of some of my physical limitations (previous hand surgery). At the onset of the fitting he noticed that my current clubs which I'd been fitted for custom ordered from TM, were a bit long. He measured them out and every one of my clubs was off in length. See the pics to understand how poor quality control on standard fitted clubs looks. Lucas identified a few things in my swing and potential physical limitations and suggested I work with a golf physical performance pro who can assess how I can improve or mitigate issues affecting my swing. At the end of the session I ordered the T200s which best fitted where I'm at now - and will easily support my game in years to come. Lucas set expectations that the clubs may not arrive for 4-12 wks depending on supply chain issues they (like everyone) have encountered. Imagine my surprise and joy to receive an email notice 4 days later that my clubs were built and on my way via Fed-Ex. One week after my fitting I received the clubs. Quality of fit and finish is what I've come to expect from Titleist. Superior. Held up the Titleist against my TaylorMades and immediately see the 1.5" difference. I've been playing with clubs that were inconsistently too long for the last 4 yrs and didn't know it. Uggh. So happy that I made the 500 mile journey down to TPI in Carlsbad and was fitted by Lucas and had the TPI experience. He made me feel at ease (as much as possible, I was amped up) -- and took his time, never making me feel rushed in the process. Thank you Lucas and Team Titleist!
