I go for an adjustment at least once a month, however, recently my car was rear-ended and I went to Dr. Jacobs and found out I had whiplash. Dr. Jacobs is a wealth of information and explains everything to you (if you have questions, which I do). I like that he doesn't do a lot of manual manipulations but has great tools that really makes a difference in treating you. I can walk in and not feel real great and walk out feeling so much better. Dr. Woolley's Acupuncture service was a major factor in the healing of my back. I had a ruptured disc (L4/L5) and horrible sciatic pain in my left side to the point of barely being able to walk. I can't not tell you how wonderful Dr. Woolley is. He is more than a doctor, more than an acupuncturist, he is an angel. If he doesn't have the answer to your issue, he will find it. I know he loves seeing his patients, but I truly believe he loves when he doesn't see them because he's made them well. I stopped seeing him for several months one at one point, only because he completely cured me. The next time I saw him, it was for a different issue and he was able to treat me for that as well! He is awesome! I've seen lots of acupuncturists in my life and he is by far my favorite. His office is small and not fancy in any way, but he cares. He listens, and he fixes you. I miss him so much! I have experienced several areas of extreme pain, mostly in my neck and shoulders for several years. I have had massages, which helped, for a short time. I have been sent to physical therapists and occupational doctors, none of whom could help ease my pain. A family friend has been urging me to see Dr Jacobs for a couple months now. I have been to Dr. Jacobs for many reasons.The latest was a problem with my feet. I just thought I had old feet because no matter how much I spent on shoes my feet hurt at the end of my four hour shift. Now I have no problems. In February 2016 while stopped at a red light, my car was rear ended so hard that it was pushed into the car ahead of me. My car was totaled. As a result of this impact, I had been having moderate to severe neck pain and stiffness, also dizziness when turning neck left and right. It was very difficult to drive unless I moved my entire upper torso. After my first appointment with Dr. Jacobs I felt relief. With subsequent visits, neck has considerably loosened and the dizziness is entirely gone. I have the range of motion back to normal and pain has been alleviated. After enduring two months of discomfort, driving and motion difficulties, and inconvenience, I am very pleased to say that I feel 100% better and I owe this change and improvement to the skills and persistence of Dr. Jacobs. He is very attuned to the human body and the source of discomfort and pain, and he will work to eliminate both. This is such a gift after being told that medication and patience are the only ways to deal with neck issues.
