Great place for dog grooming/bathing. I've been here multiple times with two different dogs…read more.. Large dogs. Too large to bath in tub at home. (I'm not a fan of bathing dogs outside with cold water hose.). Self service is simply spectacular. All you need to do is bring your dog & $. The walk in bath tub makes it stress free for dog.Warm water to avoid the doggy shivers and keep dog happy. They have everything you need, included in the price. Shampoo, conditioner, brush, towels, claw clippers, hair (well, fur) dryer... and they clean up the mess!! Plenty of parking, not expensive, easier to find. They offer many other dog services as well, that I have not taken advantage of yet.

I believe people deserve access to both positive and negative feedback when making decisions about where to bring their pets. Keep that in mind when considering this business for your dog. We brought our dog in for the required 1-hour temperament evaluation before daycare services. After about 25 minutes, we were called and told he was "just sitting by the door and not doing anything." We were initially concerned something serious had happened, but were later told there were no behavioral issues. Our dog has attended daycare for years and has consistently thrived in those environments. We felt the evaluation was ended early without allowing adequate time for a proper adjustment period. Overall, communication from staff felt dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional, and there was a lack of accountability in how concerns were handled. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this facility.

Great Veteran Hospital…read more Friendly, helpful and caring staff. All wonderful from the receptionist to the Vets and everyone in between. We've been going to Stack's ever since we moved into the area and could not be happier with the quality of sincere care from day one. Yes, a total Friends and Family recommendations.

Then he developed a severe limp and they put him on gabapentin, again we called and repeatedly brought him in for exams and consistently called about him having a problem with the drug not helping him. At this point I insisted on xrays and ultrasound be done, they had us do bloodwork and told us if we paid an extra $89 for an official pancreatitis test that would be definitive diagnosis that would give us the result that we needed. They could not perform an ultrasound so we had to take him to the emergency vet on Bridge Street in a Syracuse. Come to find out our dog did not have pancreatitis as the vet said the blood test revealed but had full pledge lymphoma, (his neck and jaw presented with hard nodules by the ex vet) and we had to put him down. The emergency vet said the blood test that Stacks office gave us for pancreatitis was not a definitive test for that. So which is it? So disgusted with the lack of concern given toward our dog. It wasn't until i insisted on testing because I was concerned of cancer that a closer look was finally given by the Stack Vet. Extremely upset that we had to put our dog down. Think twice about going there. They gouge you for pricing and never addressed his health until i threatened legal action.
