I've had a few very minor issues with the vehicle after the sale, but my salesperson Mark quickly accommodated every one of those issues. Mark is very efficient. If I phone the dealership, he answers or returns my calls right away. For the minor fixes, he has taken my vehicle in immediately without any hesitation. By fixing the hiccups immediately and gracefully (instead of ignoring them) I can still stand by five stars! Mine was a buying experience, so although I wanted to get everything done in a couple of hours or less, it stretched on. And on like any car buying experience does. But there's a complimentary cafe with actual coffee and snacks, a delightful barista, plenty of seating options, and since the dealership is the size of some small towns, more than enough vehicle choices! I found EXACTLY what I wanted and even though my particular idiosyncrasies played very strongly into my purchase, they made it happen. I was amazed at the way Santiago talked to him, no pressure, explained the cars and showed him the differences. And, did I say there was no pressure? Once we sat down and looked at numbers, we were still a bit off. We left for the night. On the way home, we talked about how much we liked Santiago and I told my son how different he was from most car salesmen. He was not pushy, putting pressure on you, jumping to a more expensive car - he respected what you told him. The next day, a lot sooner than expected, Mastria Mazda and Santiago sold 2 cars -one to me and one to my son :) Santiago then spent a good hour sitting in the car with us, going over all the technology. It was a trade in. They replaced the rear tires and when there was a small crack in radiator that we noticed a few days after delivery, they were happy to replace it. Very nice folks. Lisa crushed the heart of a child learning the ropes of navigating car sales. Lisa had us jumping through hoops all week and on Saturday when most working adults can finalize any missing items she basically said too bad. Hope karma treats Lisa's sales for the year just as well as she treats people! Lisa made it very clear even though financing was advertised she was only interested in cash sales.
