    Take off work to make a 10:15 appointment I show up and the guy that I was supposed to see is out at auction and no one else can help. Frustrating to say the least I'm sent several reminders and at the time no one shows.

    We searched online for used trucks for my dad (birthday gift) and narrowed it down to two. Nelson's didn't have the truck advertised for another week but they had a similar one. Jackson was our sales rep and easy to work with. It took us a long time to get through the process of buying for cash but this is normal. They took it back to detail it and my mother went home. When I got it to drive to my dad, it was dull and white inside. They had a bad mix with in chemicals. It was terrible and looked destroyed. After another hour of waiting they got it back but still did not look as good. Jackson said the restoration guy would be in the next day and we will have the first appointment if I want to bring it back. Not happy but they put it in writing so I agreed My dad was in tears when we gave it to him. His current truck was about to die and he needed a new one. We took it back the next day, went to lunch and when done the truck was ready. They did a great job restoring it. My dad loves his truck and Jackson did a good job of making us happy.

    Such an amazing experience! Bought the grey Camry in September 2023, got in a wreck in December 2023, and it was totaled. I was so stressed about what to do, but I went back where I bought it, and picked out another I liked! They went well below MSRP, transferred all my warranties, and had all my paperwork ready to sign for me! I was only there a couple hours! I worked with Cody Eby and Jackie in finance! The whole deal was stress free, and I was able to get back into the car I loved! I even got a bigger engine and more bells and whistles! I will always buy my cars from this dealership! Most honest people in the business, and that's hard to find!

    I figure a lot of Yelpers are too young to remember the people-jumping-in-the-air-when-they-bought-their-Toyotas commercials, but still.

I have many years in the automotive service business and there is always a cause to any complaint. Never once have they given one just kept throwing new parts at a problem. Now after changing the engine, which did not fix the problem, the heater core is plugged with trash from the salvage engine. To make matters worse they want to charge me 1700.00 to change it out. Most of the vehicles were out of state, so i had 2 shipped to Tulsa. My first experience wasn't great. I initially worked with Tyler, who didn't seem to take me seriously. Because my license listed a different city, he assumed I was taking a 24-hour test drive out of town and denied me the opportunity. It left a bad taste in my mouth and made me hesitant to continue. Still, I had already shipped two cars in, so we decided to try again--and I'm glad we did. This time I worked with Maegan, and she completely turned the experience around. She was kind, professional, and actually treated me like a customer. I wasn't a fan of the automated text responses (those bots got confusing), but Maegan always helped clear things up quickly and made the process feel more personal. She assisted me with test driving the vehicles, navigating the trade-in process, and even using the 10-day return policy. I really liked both cars I shipped in, but ended up going with the Toyota in the end. It arrived later which is why I bought my first and ended up returning the car and getting the later. There were some hiccups with slow computers and what looked like system changes, which could easily frustrate anyone--but Maegan stayed patient and was incredibly helpful through it all. If you go to CarMax Tulsa, I definitely recommend working with Maegan!

They "fixed" it and we took it home and the next morning the light came back on, we took it in and they sent it across the street to the Toyota dealership for a week. Then we got it back, WITHIN 24 hours, the check engine light came back on AGAIN. Drove it back up, they sent it to Toyota for another week. Barely able to tell us what was done. Luckily we ran the code before taking it back the second time. Now, we have had it in our possession for just about 2 weeks and the check engine light came back on WITH THE SAME CODE they had never resolved and it's now having trouble starting. I would NOT recommend buying from here. Lazy work, no real fix. The light coming on before leaving the lot the first time tells me they just cleared the code before selling. Dishonest.

What service do I need and at this point I'm just pissed off and so I told him about their service and I told him about the whole car buying process so everything into this one little conversation say I didn't get my my appointment because I was already upset and I said let me just leave before I say too much and then it'll just be but I'm telling you from our car up until I've not been happy with Jackie Cooper Nissan. I mean they messed up my car I mean our paperwork got all jacked up. They changed the date of the so-called purchase of the car when we bought our car in February but they said they changed it messed up our paperwork so they changed the Beethoven like March 13 which was a lie so you get our tag situation take care so and then I had a service call because I have an accent lighting button in my car and supposedly I am supposed to have the colorful lights in my car. I take it in and of course they say oh no no no you're not supposed to have I'm like why do I have these two buttons in my car so therefore that didn't get taken mad anyhow so it's just been one bad thing after the I'm just not happy with Jackie Cooper Tulsa Nissan. I bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax from South Pointe in November of 2025. I have had to put it in the service department now three times due to the engine light coming on - twice for engine/transmission issues and once for emissions. The car is still under 8,500 miles, by the way. My last visit I was told that the engine was losing oil but they could not find the source of the leak. They put more oil in it and sent me on my way, this after sitting in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours. After speaking with them I was told there was nothing that could be done and that I should check the oil every few weeks because they cannot trace the source of the leak. This is unacceptable on a brand new vehicle that I paid sticker price for. I also left several voicemails for the General Manager which were not returned and had to finally track him down at the dealership to express my concerns, none of which were meaningfully addressed. Nothing has been and nothing is going to be done by this dealership to make this "lemon" that they sold me right. Use caution before buying here because I can tell you they do not care about you after the sale.
