I would give them zero if I could. Very dishonest and incompetent. Took our X1 there as engine light on. Diagnostic needed a new fuel pump $1048.66 later drive away. A few weeks light goes on, same issue, they tell me the float that gauges level in gas tank not working, needs replacement. I guess it wasn't the fuel pump. $919.91 later drive the car out. A few weeks later light on same issues. Had car towed in again I need a new fuel tank. Car is not drivable for fear of messing engine up. They tell me there is a fuel tank issue on the X-1's. I don't have a choice, Clayton quotes me $1850 out the door. Our bill ended up being $2200 as it needed another diagnostic to identify the new fuel tank. He lied to me. Shame on me for taking my car back to these incompetent rubes. Out $4100, feel totally ripped off. Will never take my car back there. I have owned six BMW's over the past 20 years and love the brand. My other car is a 5 series and all maintenance was done in Dallas, TX. Afraid to drive car far as I'm sure this was not the solver. Frustratingly slow communications with the dealership on a tire repair. Would often have to wait an hour or longer for a reply in our text chat even when I would immediately respond to what they had said. For something that could have been handled in 30-90 minutes, we ended up spending over 8 hours. On top of that, the attitude of the men at the service desk was below standard with little to no ambition towards a pleasant experience or help troubleshooting. Instead, we got a lot of finger pointing, staffing complaints, and other excuses. One positive note (and why it's not 1 star) was the salesman, Evan, who got us the car 6 months earlier stepped over from the showroom to show us some kindness (he had no reason or motive to do so). I had my BMW serviced at the BMW of Tulsa service department. When I got my car back it was missing a front bumper towing hookup cover and a probe cover. BMW of Tulsa was not willing to take responsibility for the missing covers and would not even help me find replacement parts. I am very disappointed and do not recommend them. read more

I stopped by BMW of Tulsa's parts department today to clarify some conflicting part numbers while helping my son source cooling system components for his BMW. I initially walked into the service area by mistake. A young lady there handled the situation exactly how customer service should be done -- she listened carefully, understood the issue immediately, personally walked me to the parts department, and rang the bell to let them know someone was waiting. Professional. Attentive. Polished. Service department: 10 out of 10. Truly excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the premium experience ended. After waiting, a gentleman from parts eventually came around the corner. began explaining why I was there and before I could even present my list -- which contained the VIN, a full coolant system diagram, and a detailed spreadsheet -- I was informed that I could "just go online to RealOEM.com" and enter the VIN myself to locate the proper part numbers. When I asked if assisting with that was something the parts department handles in-store, I was told: "At your leisure, you'll be able to locate the proper part numbers." At my leisure. Let's pause there. A customer walks in prepared, ready to purchase roughly $1,600 in parts -- not including labor -- and the solution offered by the brick-and-mortar parts counter is to send him home to do it himself. Interesting business model. The phrase "at your leisure" was particularly memorable. It's not often you hear a luxury brand representative politely suggest you take your money and figure it out somewhere else. So I did. I left. At my leisure. The service advisor demonstrated what BMW customer care should feel like. The parts counter demonstrated how quickly that reputation can evaporate. Parts department: 1 out of 10. Only because he eventually set down his latte long enough to make the recommendation that I Google it. I'm only putting 1 star because it is required. My husband and I have had repeated horrible service at BMW of Tulsa. We had my X3 in for service in January for regular oil change and everything checked out fine. Less than 6 weeks later (we were out of town and not driving the car most of that time) we had to take it in for a leak in the coolant. We were told the engine oil filter housing needed replacement. We asked how does this happen, having put less than 100 miles on the car and the response from my service agent was "BMWs were made that poorly". We also found out, on our own, that there is a class action lawsuit again BMW for this particular issue. We were contacted by William, about purchasing our car. We were interested in doing that and we agreed to a price with William "as is" for the car. We agreed to that. William, also told us that he " could get his manager to sign off on the offer". We had agreed to a price and date two weeks later because we were out of town and he would not accept a power of attorney to sign the title. Just before our agreed sale date, Willam reached out and said that offer was no longer valid because their appraisals were only valid for a few days. That was never communicated to us and we had already mutually agreed on the price and the date of the transaction. We have sent numerous emails and phone calls to management at the dealership only to be ignored. Extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional. To start this off I should say I am a professional automotive technician. I took my 2003 330i here to have the recalled airbag replaced. I had already removed the 2 front airbags for their convenience so all they had to do was plug in and install the new airbags. I only drive this car to keep it running, less than 2000 miles a year so far. I thought it was really shitty that they didn't reset the srs codes after changing the airbags but didn't say anything at the time because it is not difficult for me to do. Today I had my friend from elitek come by with his scanner to clear the code. He couldnt clear the code because THEY DIDNT PLUG IN THE FUCKING AIRBAG ON THE DRIVER SIDE. As a professoinal I would never change out an srs component and not run codes for the safety of whoever is driving the vehicle. It is obvious that bmw of tulsa does not care about the safety of the people whos cars they work on. i would never recommend them to anyone. FUCK THESE HACKS. When I say that I've never dealt with a more dishonest company, it is the absolute truth. We bought a pre-owned BMW in July and signed up for a maintenance plan while finishing our car deal. We were told at time of signing that we could cancel and receive a refund on the plan. I text my salesman Tommy and informed him that we were trading in the vehicle and he told me to make sure I cancelled the maintenance plan. He then directed me to the website and walked me through the steps to cancel. I then filled out the form and was advised on by Destiny at Group 1 in Houston to submit the cancellation after the vehicle was traded so that our full refund went to us and not the previous lien holder. We followed all directions and then we received a call from Group1 stating that these maintenance plans are NEVER refunded if purchased in Oklahoma. I reached out to Todd in Finance and he assured me that he would take care of the situation and call me back. Surprise, he never did. Being out almost $2,500 after being lied to directly by Finance and Sales is pretty tough. My wife wanted another BMW to replace her 530xi. She decided on the 840i. Personally, I think BMW's are overrated. I've now owned 4 and I cants say their quality and service is overwhelming. I tried to convince her into getting a 8 series Audi. However, she insisted on the BMW 840i. Everything started off well. Dylan was great. We put down $45k as a down payment. However, BMW neglected to tell us what we needed to do afterwards. We had been preapproved for the remainder of our loan, but piss poor communication between BMW, our lender the tag agency andlust, it turned into a giant cluster fuck. Eventually, I THINK it was resolved. But then the Finance Manager for BMW personally called ME and "bitched" me out for not understanding the loan/lien process and saying that this was ALL "My Fault". I'm personally inclined to believe that when one buys a $99k vehicle, that it's beholden on the seller to assist you. In this case, BMW of Tulsa NOT ONLY OBSTRUCTED ME, then They Blamed ME. I've called with questions about some add-on stuff to my car (tint, black front grill, towing package, etc..) and no one ever got back with me on it. Fine, not a problem. I can find out on my own. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with customer service. Good luck getting the service department to answer the phone or return your call when you leave a voice mail. My wife and I have tried numerous times trying to get a hold of someone to get the status on our car and finally had to physically go there to find all the employees just hanging out without a single customer in there. That's make sense why we couldn't get anyone to return our phone calls now, it would impede on their social time. 5 days no call back and our car hadn't even been touched. Very disappointed with this dealership when it came to communicating about a used Lexus vehicle I found posted online on a Saturday night. I used the online chat feature on the website around 8 pm on a Sat night to see if the car was available. I sent in a request for information on the care and a request to schedule seeing the car when they opened at 9 am Mon morning. After receiving communication that the car was available, I made plans to drive to Tulsa and see the vehicle. I contacted the dealership (which opened at 7 am) while en route to Tulsa (from OKC) on Mon morning to have them pull the car around and have it ready to look at when I arrived. The staff said they could not see the vehicle inventory to see if it was still there. How can that be? I wonder if they lose BMW's on the lot, too? Anyway, I spoke to 2 individuals at the dealership while driving in. By the time I got off the phone (still with no answer as to where the car was), we were pulling into the dealership. We walked in and immediately were met by a salesman. We inquired about the vehicle and the salesman immediately responded saying the car came on Sat morning and was sold by 11 am. Really? As I said earlier, I was very disappointed. My biggest disappointments with this dealership include that 1) the dealership can't manage it's inventory 2) the online sources didn't process my chat conversation or request to drive (I got a response Mon evening telling me to come test drive it) and 3) they tried to dupe me into coming into the dealership without a car available. I know car shopping can be a hassle but, no one needs the added frustration of being deceived by the old bate and switch. Shame on BMW Tulsa. I expected a higher level of customer service. read more

I bought a Certified Pre-owned BMW in May 2021. I have had 2 issues that have been covered under the warranty, however. The first time they kept my car for over a week with no loaner, this time, they have had my car almost 2 weeks with no loaner and I only get communication when I ask. Yesterday I was told to e part was being installed and they would update me ASAP. I asked for an update today and still nothing. I be been trying to call and can't get ahold of anyone. One of the benefits of a CPO warranty is that if your car breaks down you get a loaner. I understand the new car shortage, however I even asked for a used car and was told no. Worst customer service...I scheduled an 8am pickup which was confirmed etc. They showed up at 9am well the car was gone by then. I ended up dropping it off myself. I was having the oil changed and wipers replaced. I get a message fuel leak and needs to be fixed. Okay, fix it! I have a problem with sometime during days of having it my airbag light comes on. I did a vehicle locate through cars.com and found the perfect car at BMW of Tulsa. I have never bought a car site-unseen let alone from a different state. Regardless, I enquired on the vehicle and Eric A gave me a call and it started from there. From the beginning Eric was an awesome salesman. I let him know I was from California and that if I purchased the car I would be shipping it out. He made every effort to make the process as easy as possible. He took live pics and videos of the car, he answered every question asap, he made himself available regardless of time (they're two hours ahead), and best of all they matched a price that I had received from Newport bmw in 5 minutes (Newport had a silver color - would have settled) He made the sales experience as easy and best as possible. Eric and B Grimes (business manager) shipped the deal for signature overnight, they provided a notary that came over to my house, we signed the paperwork, and the next day the deal was done. I hired a shipping company to come over and again Eric stepped up by ensuring the shipping went smoothly. On his day off he was there to oversee the pick-up, and even activated the GPS tracking on the car so I could see it coming. He synced up with me every day until the car arrived, and even today he ensures that everything is going smoothly with the car. I have purchased cars from Audi, BMW, Mercedes to Aston Martin the professionalism that Eric and BJ demonstrated made the sales experience world class! My husband found a BMW 540i online at their website that we were interested in. Called in and got connected with Billy Estes. He was amazing! Any questions we had, he physically went out to the car and found out for us. He was quick to call us back, several times too. Everything was handled over the phone, even our trade in, before us driving the 11 hours to get there. Upon our arrival, he met us out in the parking lot. Impressive service! He introduced himself, a little bit of small talk and then showed us the car we came to look at. It was backed up to the side door and nicely presented. It was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. Billy was very professional, humorous, which we liked, attentive and thorough. The entire transaction was an enjoyable experience. Finalizing the paperwork with Alan was quick and hassle free. After transferring our personal items over to our new car, Mason, whom is very knowledgeable with all BMW's, personally showed us some of the new features/options that we were unfamiliar with.
