Sold our older Honda Pilot here. Quick, easy, and fully in line with their online offer. Payton was personable and easy to deal with.

I'd looked at several other dealerships, but financing and cost were both issues everywhere I went until I found MZ Auto. There was a large selection of preowned vehicles in my price range and the financing process was a breeze! I'm extremely grateful to Robert, the kind and professional salesman that walked me through the process. He scheduled our appointment, was on time, knowledgeable about the inventory and an excellent listener. His patience, empathy and professionalism made him a joy to work with. I'm very impressed with MZ Auto (and Robert especially), for taking the stress out of a stressful situation. If you're on a budget and looking for a great deal and a seamless financing process, I highly recommend MZ Auto. Definitely schedule your appointment with Robert. You'll be impressed!

For context, I was selling my 2024 Porsche Cayenne Sport that I purchased brand new for $135,000 plus tax. I was seeking a fair market value based on current listings. Carvana offered me $91,000, while the dealership only offered $80,000-$85,000. I would strongly caution others to be careful when trading in or selling a vehicle here.

I originally made plans to go look at one vehicle and they sold that as I'm on the way from work (10 minutes away) to test drive it after being in contact with a salesman continuously about it. First come first serve, whatever. I settled on my second option unfortunately. They will rush you through the paper work, charge you a different price than the online price, not provide CARFAX unless you specifically ask, sell you a car that supposedly needs a simple fix, that you would assume they would be able to do before you leave, but no it has to go to the manufacturers dealership. The bright side I guess is They let me keep and drive my trade in while they have it posted for sale on their website. After a week they say the car I bought was ready, then the same day I get a call saying it's not ready, now they have it back and it's just getting rear tires put on. Back and forth then it needs something else, But can't tell you anything because the service manager is sick or some crap. I had been in contact with the finance company the whole time and they knew I hadn't taken delivery of the vehicle, after two weeks I reached out to them again to let them know they still haven't provided the vehicle and they agreed to cancel and return the deal. Fast forward another week, so three weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the car is back at the manufacturer dealership the part has finally come in and the car should be ready... I happily informed them the deal was returned by the finance company and I want nothing else to do with them. I'm beyond grateful the deal fell apart because I couldn't imagine the headache I would be in if I had to continue to work with this dealership throughout the ownership life of this vehicle I tried to purchase.
