Two days after driving the car off the lot, the car wouldn't start. I got it towed and found out it had a blown head gasket! I was shocked and very concerned this would end up as one of those nightmare stories about used car dealers. I had bought the car as is, so while I couldn't expect them to do anything I felt like I had been wronged. After explaining the situation to Khaled at Bingo Motors, he assured me that this was not who they are as a company. He then took the car back and dumped $3000 worth of repair into the vehicle to remedy the engine. He didn't charge me an additional dime. I was blown away by their professionalism and integrity! Where to start the horrible service and billing add-ons? Had my Ram 1500 towed from Carmax on a Carmax warranty to the dealership for diagnosis on why it would not start. It was the radio frequency hub, which is covered by the warranty. The initial reason it went bad by the dealership was because of water leak. No signs of water leak, no smell of mold, no pictures to prove it was the water. Asked the dealership to contanct the warranty company and request for an investigator to come out. Dealship did not request the warrenty but wanted me to pay over $4k to get the hub replaced and fix the leak. In the end, I had to pay for the RF Hub, and then they tried to charge me for towing my truck into the bay, plus and extra charge for them to remove the seat to access the RF Hub. Diagnostic codes (P1DB9, U0101, U0402) were retrieved. The issue was traced to a faulty connection in the XY230A connector. I was charged $148.58 (including an unspecified discount), despite the repair reportedly falling under the powertrain warranty. No rental vehicle was provided despite multiple requests. 2. August 4, 2025 - Second Incident The Jeep was again towed in for intermittent shifting issues. A single code (U0402) was retrieved. No issues could be duplicated by your team, and the vehicle was returned without repair or charge. Again, no rental vehicle was offered. 3. August 12, 2025 - Third Incident Similar transmission issues led to the retrieval of codes P1DB9, U0101, and U0402. A faulty valve body and TCM were diagnosed and replaced under warranty. No rental vehicle was provided despite repeated requests. 4. September 16, 2025 - Fourth Incident Transmission issues recurred, with the same codes reappearing. Your team diagnosed a faulty engine and transmission wiring harness and also replaced the starter (which was damaged during the repair process). Repairs were completed under warranty, and I picked up the vehicle on October 14--after nearly a month without reliable transportation. A rental vehicle was only made available on the evening of October 8, despite multiple requests during the four-week service period. Customer Service and Repair Quality Concerns: During and after the most recent service, I experienced serious issues beyond the mechanical failure itself: Lack of Communication: Repeated requests for updates went largely unanswered, leaving me in the dark for extended periods. Delayed Rental Car Provision: A rental was only provided well into the fourth week of service, despite my multiple and timely requests. Vehicle Condition Upon Return: Upon picking up the vehicle, I noted and reported the following concerns: Fender liners improperly installed (now corrected) Power wire for aftermarket tow harness routed incorrectly (corrected personally) Damaged interior trim (pending replacement) Gouge/scuff marks on interior panels (pending assessment by a specialist) Missing exhaust clamp causing increased noise and interior odor (now resolved) Interior left dirty with visible grease and grime (cleaned personally) Additional issues since discovered: Loose upper trim on passenger side Loose/misaligned lower interior B-pillar trim Loose ground wires Worst experience of my life no respect at all for my vehicle and still no return email from the general Manager Ralph Perkins. Justin Watson failed to make sure my Jeep ground issue was correct when picking up the Jeep so when the tech came out he notice yet another thing broken and had to order new battery terminals. Rob the tech was embarrassed and has shown more concern than anyone. He actually took a moment to care how they left my vehicle. The loose ground cause the Jeep to cut off right in the bay on 10/23/2025.

Cliff didn't give me a line of being busy or passing me to an associate....Happily he went and got the keys and started it for me. ( I got to watch the exhaust for smoke and listen for problems) sounded good, "let's go for a ride" was the next thing said. And down the road we went, pretty decent 10mile run, which we discussed what I was trying to do and how I was planning to pay. All good- seemed to be the order of the day with Glenn. Returning back to the lot, he explained there was a Gig list from the mechanics and would be back, leaving me alone for 20-30 mins while I could check out underneath, inside and the engine bay. Satisfied Glenn meets me and shows me the list, and shows me a price which allowed me to make a good and quick decision on the purchase. We filled out paperwork and put a plate on in the Tahoe, total time about 3 hours, most of the waiting was the document people at the "real" dealership. Bottom line The Clearance center is not going to have a 1 owner 20 mile cherry ride, it's cars that need a little love but still have a lot of life. Glenn set me at ease, gave me trust and earned mine, didn't push the hard sale, and made me feel like and in the end everyone was happy.

After a week they say the car I bought was ready, then the same day I get a call saying it's not ready, now they have it back and it's just getting rear tires put on. Back and forth then it needs something else, But can't tell you anything because the service manager is sick or some crap. I had been in contact with the finance company the whole time and they knew I hadn't taken delivery of the vehicle, after two weeks I reached out to them again to let them know they still haven't provided the vehicle and they agreed to cancel and return the deal. Fast forward another week, so three weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the car is back at the manufacturer dealership the part has finally come in and the car should be ready... I will start with the good. The young lady at the service desk, blonde hair, well done tattoos on…read moreleft arm, and the two cashier ladies were awesome. Very friendly, very nice, and very helpful. Now the bad. I took my avalanche in because of an airbag recall, however, I was having issues with the stabiltrac, the #1 cylinder was miss firing. So I replaced all the coils, wires, and spark plugs yet the issue remained. To give context as to why I went to the dealership, years ago I bought a Nissan pathfinder that was over heating. I changed out everything possible and still the same issue even after taking it to two mechanics. No idea what the issue was. Took it to Nissan in Winchester and Nissans have a heater switch that is more or less specific to Nissans. Only a Nissan mechanic would know about this issue. So it was finally fixed. So I took my avalanche to Malloy because I thought maybe they had a better way of determining the issue. The way I had to park my truck there was at an odd angle due to the parking lot being full, this matters later. I asked them to do a diagnostic on the truck for 180 bucks. What I was told a day later was that the #1 cylinder was bad, they would have to break it down to see what the issue was which would be expensive and they took an oil sample and found metal shards in the oil. When I came back to pick up the truck I noticed it was on the exact same position, the dirt on the hood was the same as when I left it, and there was no way someone got an oil sample, I crawled under the truck to look and there was zero fresh oil and the plug had not been touched. So I paid 180 bucks for what AutoZone does for free. Their solution was a 12k engine replacement. I cannot prove they did nothing, but I could see that they only hooked up the diagnostics device to the interior port and that's all. I would never take a vehicle to this place for work nor would I buy anything from them. Finally, all cylinders began to fire properly, the issue is with the computer. And they never even mention that.
