First and last visit. For $20.00 you run your car through the machine. Then I drove my car forward and directed to leave the area. My car was soaking wet with wet soap on my car. I think my car was better just dirty. I drove home and gave my car a proper wash. I could not leave all that now dried soap off my car. This is all about poor management. I visited Carmel Car Wash in Frisco for a standard wash. One of the workers sprayed bug solution on my windshield and left it sitting while he moved to another area. By the time he returned to wipe it off, it had already etched into the glass and wouldn't come off. Another tech tried as well--with no success. I filed a complaint and received no response from management. I returned the next day and spoke with Tyler. Rather than investigate, view photos, or speak to the team on duty, he simply said, "We didn't do it." No accountability, no troubleshooting--just denial. While he eventually found another solution that removed the residue, there was no ownership or concern for what caused the issue. Checked in today and noticed that their reviews are terrible, so I feel obligated to throw in my two cents. After trying EVERY car wash within a 5 mile radius of my house, I have landed here at Carmel and have been a customer for the past couple of years. Agree with another reviewer that car washes often get the bad reviews - owner error and employees with 10 million cars in line can make for a bad combo. I try to sneak by during the week when I have time instead of the weekends, and it has done me well. Staff is always kind and reasonable, happy to do something if I point it out as missed. They also have nice deals if you buy one of their gift cards. Their equipment has never caused any scratching or other issues (yep, had that happen in another nearby place) and everything is clean and well-maintained. Are they perfect, no, but I'll use a bell curve for grading and consider all the others I've tried in that grade. read more

I have come here before just for the drive through and used the vacuums to do the rest. Overall not bad for a quick wash. I decided to try their full service and that was a different story. It was a weekend so I expected to wait a little and you could tell they were busy. What I did not expect was for cars that came 10 minutes after mine to be started while mine stayed untouched. It is even more frustrating when all the cars have time stamped receipts in the window so it should not be hard to determine which car is next. It wasn't until I asked to speak to someone to either explain or give me a refund that anyone even moved to start my car. Someone came out to tell me "he would check the receipts" and oddly enough he said nothing and only state that they would start. Each car seemed to just have one person working on it which did not seem efficient or effective. Once they were done I got in my half cleaned car and learned my lesson one I saw my barely cleaned interior. Save your money. read more

I paid $20 to run my car through the wash with a hand dry on 6/14/25. After the wash my outer weel wells were still dirty and they needed to be wiped down. I asked if I could quickly wipe them down and the guy shook his head yes with a smile. Then another employee came over and told me that I cannot use their towels. He told me they were only for employees. He then took the towel before I could wipe a small spot off. Then I complained to the car wash manager, Tyler Cruz and pointed out the employee. I was frustrated and told him that that guy should not be working here. I asked Tyler Cruz (Store Manager) if he would wipe the outer weel well off and he told me that they do not do that. The manager then asked me to leave. He told me that I was clearly angry because I was shaking. I told him "Your damn right I am angry, and we will never be back". I tried this car wash a few times, but I was not satisfied at all. I always paid for the full service wash, which is expensive however when I pulled around for the girl to towel dry my car and vacuum it, she went straight to doing the interior so my car had water spots all over it. What she did was let it air dry (see attached pics). I was not happy and complained to the manager Mr. Cruz. He offered no apologies and didn't seem to care at all. I feel bad for car wash places because I feel like the majority of the bad reviews they get, are from people not using common sense and leaving the mirrors out, or just doing something stupid, or driving a car through with loose parts lol. This might be the worst $25 Ive spent in a long time. I paid $20 for the Work package because they were going to towel dry it. There was no light indicating that I could put it in drive when I finished through the car wash. Then I pulled in to have my car towel dried and it took five or 10 minutes for somebody to come over and they dried it and did my wheels in like three minutes. When I went to vacuum the car myself, there was water dripping everywhere after I already tipped five dollars to the guy. I asked if I could please use one towel and they said no. I jusy came here maybe 20 minutes ago and had a lady and young looking kid dry the exterior of my car after I got it washed. The lady was making very rude comments in Spanish about my appearance, the only reason I heard her was because of how loud she was talking. I very obviously look Hispanic too so she clearly didn't care that I could understand her or not. Aside from the absolutely terrible service from that woman, she didn't even dry my car off that well. So I went in for a full service wash which includes wipe downs and everytine I leave I notice nothing has been touched on my consol. This happens everytime. I've been going here for over 3 years or more and it's always hit or miss. I am a disabled, Marine Corps Veteran in the transportation industry. I stopped by this car wash on the way to a professional pickup for my business. I pulled through the wash & when my car came out my entire rear, quarter panel was torn off. The owner or GM was not available for me to talk to, and was told to come back tomorrow. MY CAR IS ILLEGAL TO DRIVE @ THIS POINT & NOW I CAN NO LONGER MAKE MONEY UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS FIXED. An employee named Juan helped me try and put the panel back on temporarily and taped it down, but it came right back off as soon as i drive back on the highway. The owner finally had a liaison call me back & report that they are "NOT LIABLE" for the damages, due to pre-existing damages (there have been zero accidents with this vehicle & no prior damages). After reading the reviews, this is obviously not The first incident they've had with the exact same problems to other vehicles. **Service Declining Alert!! I've been using Carmel Carwash on Eldorado location a few times using their detailed work. Until today, people working there have always been very hardworking and courteous. Today, under new "shift manager" named Taylor, things have changed! Today, I received a free $10 Wash when I reloaded my membership card, sounded like a good deal. However, the only bug that was on my windshield was still there when I came out of Wash plus there was a film of thick dust still lined up on the weather strip at the bottom of the windshield. When I asked for something to wipe it off they mentioned that they don't do that any more. I said ok, maybe they can push me through the wash again...as I felt it could have been remedied by washing again...So, I went to the cashier to show the bug and the dust line, where the cashier looked powerless and scared to make a decision calls over this new manager named Taylor. Taylor comes over, then he kept looking away from my truck when I was mentioning my concerns repeating himself a few times, "I can't see anything wrong and what bug??...what dust"??. He had me so upset with his dismissive anger, I never wanted to come back to this place again. I asked for a refund of my $60 add. He says, well we don't want people like you anyway. Omg, I asked, what do you mean people like me as I have lived in this area over 45yrs, I have come to his location of business and the guys used to running the place were polite and valued every customer. Treating folks with respect Taylor DID NOT!! He had absolutely no skin in the game and could care less. I asked if the owners knew how much the service of this location has declined, but he said they don't care and neither does he. I refuse to accept it and that is why I'm leaving this note on Yelp, Google and on their website. Ultimately, I was forced to ask for a refund, which he did, however he kept my membership card which still had $25+. I had to make a U-turn through all that traffic then wait on him to come back again finding the card in his pocket to give back to me. Not once did he apologize for forgetting to give me back my card, but instead still showing his stellar lack of customer service by being disrespectful. So I am not big on writing reviews I only do it when a place really deserves it. I have been to this car wash a few times. The guys go above and beyond my expectations. Never try and over sell me. Only offer me what will help or possibly getting more for my money with a package they have running at the time. I drive a lifted jeep with big tires and it's never an issue. If they miss something I point it out and it's immediately fixed and the employees do it with a smile. I now drive past 3 car washes to come here because of the employees. The price was a little high for a wash and wax and no interior cleaning. I paid $18. The attendants seemed friendly enough, but the quality of the wash and their effort was subpar. This is the second time I've washed my car at this location and I was reminded why I don't normally frequent Carmel Car Wash. Albeit, I got the $7 wash, I still shouldn't have to go back with a garden hose and try to wash off bird poop around my vehicle. There are other car wash businesses in the area that offer a $6 wash with complimentary hand towel service. Try the one on Preston Rd, for example. Also, I noticed some paint chipped off on the left passenger side of my vehicle, something I did not notice before I entered the "pressure cooker" of the tunnel wash. I think they may need to lay off the water pressure coming off the side of the car wash and possibly reduce the output of the dryer at the end of the tunnel......I thought my windshield wipers were going to blow off. Either that, or offer customers to tape down the wipers so that doesn't happen at the end of the wash. The consolation prize for a crappy wash may be using their free vacuums, but you may need to use earplugs if your interior cleaning may take over 5 minutes!! read more

My car got stuck in the car wash one time with the brushes running at full blast for about 3-5 minutes and I tried calling the front desk, no one picked up. I normally don't post reviews, but I was really disappointed in the service I received here. Everyone was very friendly but the cleaning service was not great. I got the full service wash- wheels deal. It says "wipes dash" & "air fresher". I know some car washes put the freshners under seats to keep them out of sight but it doesn't smell like anything. I'm mostly disappointed because my car looks dusty on the dash still. Upset I paid $25 for this. I just got home and noticed the back of my side piece. Manager was very helpful in finding the back mirror piece and putting it back on and had my whole interior re-cleaned. It took way longer to get my interior cleaned this time so either the manager upgraded my cleaning service or this was how they were supposed to clean it in the first place. I'm new to the area and have not found a car wash out here yet. Initially I planned on going to Arlington over the weekend to go to my usual spot but never made it. I was very hesitant to come here given all the bad reviews but my car was filthy and needed to be washed BADLY!! I went after work on a Monday and thankfully it wasn't busy. I initially planned to just do a simple car was but then changed my mind and had the wheel deal (I think that's what it's called, it was $25). Anyways, I was pleasantly surprised at the job done. I had been to this wash 20 times or so since it opened. I have always gotten various wash options above the base wash. Each time I've come the employee you pay at the entrance of the wash tries to upsell to higher cost wash. I absolutely understand the need to do that, however the way they do it is always a bit suspect. Today, I wanted to try their base wash and the snarky employee says "this wash wont even get the bugs off." This theme of insulting the wash I select each time INSTEAD of selling me the benefit of the better wash is a culture there.
