I love this place! Just moved here from a small town in southern Oregon and we don't have anything like this where I'm from. I was shocked they offer an express interior detail plus car wash and hand dried towel service for under $40. Are you kidding me?! Will definitely be coming back. They used to be really good. The last two times I've been they've done a terrible job on the interior clean. I'd be better off going to the self service ones and doing it myself. I tipped $15 and the mats don't even look like they were vacuumed, the door jams and things weren't wiped down and nothing else was vacuumed in the consoles, etc. in the trunk or floor boards. I had to go afterwards and do it myself which is basically just a waste of time and money. Super disappointed I tipped so much and also paid for the interior wash. My husband has been going there for many years with his truck. I took our Jeep (black Wrangler) there today around 1:45pm and the guy JC?? running the bays was the rudest and most unprofessional guy (older man, heavyset with glasses and worst attitude). If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going here for well over 5 years and the service has drastically gone downhill. I swear every time I leave that I'm never going back, due to the terrible service, but I do thinking that they will do better. I was there yesterday and paid for the top wash that cost $36 dollars and still they did a sh*tty job. They didn't even remove the mats, just vacuumed around them. The wipe down inside was awful. My dogs have been in my car and there was dog drool on the driver door, to say the least it's still there. I have noticed that complaining does no good, which I've done many times, does no good they could careless. I'm just one person so my complaint is just water off their back. I have been going here for three years, leaving generous gratuity for workers and never had an issue, but the manager on duty on February 1st around 11 a.m. acted racist and being aggressive. They kept my car to the side, letting other cars (two in a row) cut the line, and when I asked why, the manager started raising his voice, physically intimidating. I came in with no appointment. Immediately I was helped and my car was in. I needed the inspection and oil changed. They performed both at the same time. Not even 20 minutes wait. Then they offer an interior and exterior FREE wash with the oil change. WIN!! My van was not in a good shape inside since I've been quarantined and the only trips were to the grocery store. The only thing I disappointed me was on the day I brought my car fir premium car wash, the guy at the counter said cash only no credit card claiming their CC machine ain't working. This is my go to place for inspections. It's guaranteed I am in and out of there within 30 minutes but at this last one, I was gone within 15! All the inspections come with a complimentary car wash, so I have no complaints. The customer service is pleasant and again, they are quick so I will continue to go here when that time of year comes. I cannot speak too much about the actual car washes as I prefer to get mine hand washed, or the detail services, but they are worth a try. read more

This is definitely our go-to car wash! It's super convenient as it's located in the same shopping center as Lowe's (great when we need to multi-task). The prices range from $15 to over $100 but we've never spent more than $40. We love the set up where you start in line by choosing your car wash, pay for it right there, then you drive through the automated wash line, and finish up with several employees who hand dry/buff your car. Last time they had our information saved in the system and knew which car wash we had recently purchased. We opted for the same wash, it was $40, and we were informed that we could go back anytime within the week for a free "best outside wash." What a great deal! I never post reviews but I had a horrible experience today at this business. I came in for a basic exterior wash ($8 on their website) and "Qwik" interior ($13 on their site). I've got dogs and the inside had a lot of dog hair so I didn't expect them to completely clean it, which I explained to the man working the drive-in. He immediately quoted me $99-$200 to clean the inside. I have had the same job done (which is a just a vacuum that I could do at home in 10 minutes) for less than $20 at multiple other car washes. When I told him this he said "well I'm not doing your car." I went to a car wash down the street and after hearing about my experience at Qwikwash they did it for free. That is the difference between a business that cares about their customers and a business that doesn't. I wouldn't be surprised if they lose many customers in similar ways. read more

I took my car to get detailed at the QuikWash America in McKinney Texas 1901 N. Central Expressway. I paid for the $45.00 for them to do the inside and out. After driving through the was I was directed to the wipe down area. When I got out of my car I noticed that my bumper was broke. I alerted an employee and who then went and got the manager. The manager went and looked at the camera came back told me that it wasn't broke going in but since there were scratches on it that it might have been compromised and they would not do anything. I called the police and was told it was a civil matter and they would not come out. I called my insurance company (USAA). While I was on the phone with the agent I tried to get the corporate information from the manager. He told me that there wasn't any and he was the top. While I know better than that I did not appreciate his sarcasm. When I asked him about the sarcasm he he says I'm glad you heard it right. My insurance agent heard the entire conversation. After doing my research on the place I found several people that have had a bad experience with them. read more
