I went here because it was my birthday and I got 10% off on my coffee. It was a nice place to sit for a few minutes and enjoy before my day started with work.

This is a local chain with a few different locations. The food itself was pretty good, but as far as the coffee is concerned I've had way better in other local places. I ordered a cold brew and it was terrible. I'd definitely be back for the food, but would grab coffee elsewhere first. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was pretty quick.

I just loved the vibe in hear. Currently it's decorated for Christmas and you can't help but feel at any moment some big city girl is gonna walk in and fall in love with a home town barista out of a hallmark movie ! I ordered a cappuccino and an ice latte. All their fixings on the table were so neatly organized so you could find the right sugar or alternative sugar you make want to use. The staff was very friendly.

This is a must when I'm in Delray. The food is something I dream about for months until I come back. The service is top notch h. Everyone that works there is so happy, professional, and knowledgeable. And the vibes are so good. I look forward to coming back in the future.

Chicken & Sweet Potatoes Bowl - so filling and flavorful

run, don't walk friends. Carmela coffee shop is absolutely incredible! The atmosphere is welcoming, open, and clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. I absolutely loved having the chicken and sweet potatoes bowl - it was healthy, full of flavor and filling. I would 100% get this again, I just came from a workout session at Atlas fitness & performance down the street and this was the perfect after workout lunch. My friend had the carmela chicken salad and kept talking about how delicious it was and how she has had multiple food items and has never had a bad meal. Will make a point to come back here when i'm visiting Delray in the future. This should be a staple to anyone who lives locally and a must-visit to anyone driving through the area.

Kinda over priced . Minimal effort minimal flavor, Avocado toast was barely even toasted . Just smashed avocado with arugula and Parmesan cheese ... should def lower the price if it's such a simple dish . Vanilla oat milk latte was good and redeeming factor that made this place a three star. Service was very friendly . Nice ambiance Value ehh ..

    Great Croissant Breakfast*

Wonderful coffee, service and vibe! I got the croissant egg cheese and bacon breakfast. Wonderful! Clean cute spot

Carmela Coffee in West Palm Beach is a true gem! The moment you step in, the homey decor creates the ideal ambiance for relaxation. The sandwiches and flatbreads are great. This is easily one of my new favorite coffee shops in the WPB area. Whether you're catching up with a friend or seeking solace for some quiet time, this place caters to both social and introspective moments seamlessly. Oh, and they have an awesome playlist

This place is very cozy, has a big menu for anybody that is looking for a sweet treat, a salad, a sandwich, or simply a good coffee!

Very filling and yummy avocado toast. I got the Caprese and it was pretty good. My sister got the breakfast avocado toast that came with avocado, cheddar cheese, bacon, and an egg and it looked great. Bread is super thick and good.

This place I discovered recently, being I was in the area and needed a coffee house to do some work and take a business call. The interior is grand, as I really like the layout, between the lounge area, table seating, and booth seating, with plenty of outlets to plug in electronics. I ordered just an iced coffee on this specific day, but the beverage kept me caffeinated, locked, and loaded as I did some work remotely. I would like to return to try one of the avocado toast items they have available and their other sandwich options. They do look like they have a lovely selection of coffee and beverages to enjoy whether you need to work or want to hang out. The only drawback during my time there was that the coffee house tends to play the background music quite loud, so if you are on a business call, you may want to take it outside. Not sure if it was just that day, but that was the one observation I noticed. Parking is available in the lot they share with other businesses off of 6th Avenue on U.S. 1 North. Very easy to access without having to look off the beaten path for sure when you need a coffee fix that's not directly in downtown Delray on the main drag.

Amazing pastry and coffee. Barista knew his espresso and gave us a tour of how it was made and the flavors. Very impressive

And we both chose different fruit bowls where the fruit was fresh, varied and delicious. The bowl was a good value but juices felt a bit overpriced considering my experience with Pressed juices. This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

The atmosphere was absolutely adorable. I felt like I was in a retro teahouse - the colors were vibrant and celebratory, exactly what we were looking for on a special day to celebrate my father. There were so many dishes and drinks to choose from. I stuck to my typical iced Americano, which was bold and fresh and a great start to the meal. My father and I both chose the Tulum sandwich. I'm not someone who enjoys sweet breakfast, so I'm glad that sandwiches were available. The sandwich was absolutely full of textures and colors. The flavors went well together, but both my father and I felt like it lacked a little bit of heat. I asked for Tajin, because I thought that it would be a really good addition of sourness and spice, but unfortunately, Tajin was not available. The selection of hot sauces, on the other hand, was fantastic, and both my father and I slathered our sandwiches in hot sauce. The service was fantastic. For such a busy day like Father's Day, our server was on her toes from beginning to end, tending to a number of booths, but making us feel like we were her top priority throughout our experience. As others have mentioned, parking is a problem, but to be fair, I need the steps. :)
