They thought we wouldn't open the wrapping on the bouquet and see the rotting part but you can quite literally smell the rot. Not only that the bow looked like it was smushed in there or carelessly added. It's even more frustrating considering that we've been customers for as long as we've been and my dad also left this woman a TIP. Ridiculous behavior and I can't believe they'd do something like this to basically lifelong customers.
