I managed to hike over to O'Reilly's auto parts store nearby and they drove me over with the new battery. The staff member then proceeded to change out the battery for her. It doesn't happen often in our lifetime but today, we really felt blessed with his level of unmatched world class service. Thank you so much.

He stated that he didn't know her and told me that he was gonna call the police. I sit there for 20 more minutes waiting for The police who I thought was coming. When they never arrive, I asked the employer again If he had called them. Very oddly looked at me and he replied "no I know that man he comes here every day. He's a customer." I replied to him that it was a woman not a man, and the employer changed what he said. He then stated that it was that the black women who was his customer. I stated that she never had got out of her car the whole hour I was there cleaning my car. The employer acted puzzle But went on to say that there was something wrong with me. He knew that customer. Update: It's been 2 weeks since Soapy Jeff's did over $1000 damage to my vehicle. A Jose contacted…read moreme once but has since ghosted me. DO NOT USE SOAPY JEFF's if you actually care about and need your vehicle. I've been a repeat customer of Soapy Jeff's thanks to my mom. She gifted me a gift card a few years ago and that kindness coupled with excellent service kept me coming back. After way too long, I finally made it back to the Plano location, and happily dropped off my new to me car for the Bumper to Bumper service. I was embarrassed by a year's worth of dirt and grime and wanted to start fresh with a good wash and internal detail work. There was an unexpected power outage shortly before I arrived. I patiently waited as they worked to get back up and running, an early sign that I should have walked away right then. Everything was eventually fixed and $300 later I'm rolling through the wash, happily watching all the ick disappear. Knowing the detail work takes more time, I asked a gentleman in the office if I could run some errands and come back later. Once confirmed, I was on my way. A few hours later I would return to the most expensive detail job I ever, and sadly the reason I will not be returning. Not only did they crack my internal console cover, there is now a gaping hole where something was forced through the hard plastic. After filing a report, I proceeded to drive away and my Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) light would not go off. I turned around and went back. I took more photos and updated the report. I dropped my car off without any issues and inherited a financial nightmare. I got home and had to go back over the rear license plate, rear window, radio and windshield. This morning there are water stains in my front passenger seat, the SRS light went off (a sign of too much liquid/water apparently) and that hole in my console? The part alone is almost $1,000 to replace, not including labor as I'm unsure I can replace it myself. This happened 24 hours ago and I've heard nothing from them. I cannot in good conscience refer anyone to Soapy Jeff's after this. If you're like me and need your car for work and school, I would not trust this place, and I don't say that lightly.

while I was waiting in the members' line at your car wash. There was a non-member vehicle in front…read moreof me, and the driver was attempting to sign up for a membership. My understanding is that customers who are not yet members and are signing up should be directed to the non-member line rather than being assisted in the members' line. The employee chose to assist this customer while she remained in the members' line, and the process took an excessive amount of time. While I was waiting, approximately seven cars went through the non-member line while I remained stuck in the members' line, completely defeating one of the main benefits of being a paying member--faster service. When I brought this concern to the employee, rather than listening or addressing the issue professionally, he brushed me off, continued laughing, and appeared to make light of my legitimate concern. When I eventually pulled forward and asked for his name, he told me, "Don't worry about it," and then stated, "You're not going to disrespect me," even though I had not disrespected him and was simply explaining my frustration with the way the members' line was being handled. I found his attitude extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a paying member, I expect to be treated with courtesy and to receive the benefits associated with my membership. I am asking management to review this incident, address the employee's conduct, and ensure that members' and non-members' lines are properly managed so that members are not unfairly delayed in the future.
