I was so very shocked and disappointed after bringing my car to get washed here. First I wanna say the man that checked me in and took my money was so kind and sweet. It was when I got to the car wash itself, and I was driving my car into the car wash. Apparently he said put it in neutral. I did not hear him. He screamed put it in neutral !!!!' The he slammed my car with his hand. He was a middle-aged man. There was also a younger guy there and it was not him at all. The ma that did this wore a ball cap. I'd say it was around 3:00 in March 25. I wish I'd gotten his name, but he slapped my car when I was already going into the car wash . I was excited to receive a $28 car wash, totally free! Unfortunately, after the machine wash, my car was dried somewhat by 2 ladies and some tire shine was added... I was like, wait... this costs 4 x more than other car washes that I've been to. & all they provided is a quick pat dry and tire shine!? Luckily they have more towels available so you can finish drying it off yourself! Vacuums, windex & some air freshener that lasts about 30 seconds. Great experience! Car looks beautiful and the service was helpful and kind. I got the $16 one-time car wash. A nice lady dried off my car by hand with no extra charge. Then there plenty of vacuum bays available with nice, wide spaces and a dedicated vacuum on each side of the car- no need to wait while your neighbor is vacuuming their car.. The parking spots were plenty big enough and the vacuum cleaners were powerful and worked well. On top of that, there were lots of carts with glass cleaner, liquid spray air fresheners, and lots of clean cloths. My car looked amazing afterwards. Great experience! I look forward to returning! The reviews on Google are currently better than the ones here on Yelp. read more

I have been to three Carnation Auto Spas. Carrollton, Murphy, and Wylie. They do a bad job in drying off your vehicle. I have visited the one in Carrollton several times and I have to get out and dry myself because they miss areas or some spots are still dirty.. Visited the one in Murphy and the same thing. Visited the Wylie location a couple years back and just quit going there. read more

It's irritating they advertise a free car wash signing up with your phone number. I go there click on the link for the coupon and there's a 72hour hold until I can use it? That feels snakey. I might not be able to in 72hours. Now they have my phone number. read more

Please save your cars exterior and go to another carwash. This car wash scratched up my brand new car. I was a little hesitant before I went in and figured if other people were taking their cars in what's to happen? Everything bad happened. There's swirls and scratches all over my car and my friends car got scratched too. Oh and it wasn't fully clean!! The back was filled with dirt.. always go with your gut. read more

Has anyone else noticed how bad this place has gotten since it changed hands? The car never gets clean with visible dirt still on the back of the vehicle. The vacuum stations are time limited and almost always shut off for one reason or another. Customer service just ignores you. I had a subscription a few years back and used to go every couple of weeks and loved it. Paid extra for hand dry. Noticing how busy they were, I asked if hand dry was an option. She assured me it was. I waited 10 minutes. Other cars coming out after mine were being hand dried. With car washes on every corner now, I'll go elsewhere. Plus, my windshield still has bird poop on it. read more

These filthy scumbags stole my wife's credit card and charged it for 6 months for a subscription service she had declined until I caught it. Ironically, she had gone back a couple times for the basic wash where she paid on the spot and they kept asking for her card and a subscription to their monthly service. Pathetic charlatan scumballs. Beware of recurring charges. When I arrived the attendant took my credit card from me and I was not aware that she was signing me up for recurring charges to my account. Thankfully my bank is helping me remove the charges that keep recurring every month even though I have notified the company that I what to cancel. Shady business! read more

Really disappointed with my first trip there the evening before Thanksgiving. Back of my Tahoe was really dirty. Noticed it when got home that night, and next day was a holiday. Called them back today, and the customer service response was basically, "We are sorry, but won't do anything about it." We used this location when it was iShine regularly, but won't return. Especially disappointing when the price of the car wash was $21.00. read more

The cost of a basic wash is on the high side for the quality. The cost is acceptable as I like to support my community, but I didn't like that they charge an additional $3 to use the vacuums. What I really found upsetting is the people driving the wrong way up the drive and tryinag to park in the directionAl parking for the vacuums. when I nearly had a wreck leaving the staff open began laughing and pointing instead of addressing the problem that they are clearly not communicating to incoming traffic that they are entering a one way drive. Unfortunately I will not be returning as I found the overall experience unpleasant and just not worth my time. read more

Okay, update about the Hwy 78 Location. Not only did they listen to me they took the time to look up my account and actually helped me. I'm not 100% about going back but it is good to see the new manager is willing to own up to where the old manager flaked. No positive comment on the Murphy location, but I'm happy that my first negative review can be positive now. Their polite and understanding as well as have a good facility. Hopeful towards the new management. read more
