Let me begin by discussing the communication or the lack thereof with this business. I keep on getting blasted on Facebook with their ads for a free $30 carwash, and all I need to do is send them my cell number and I will get a text. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. I sent like 8 or 9 requests, and not one text back. I even check my spam folder under texts and nothing. So I go on their web site, and fill out the contact us form. Again, nothing. So I then choose to email them directly from my Gmail. Guess what? Nothing. Crickets. I go to this location and explain to them I am shopping around for a car wash and this location happens to be close to work. They try to sell me a single wash which then covers the first month, but I tell them I want the free $30 Graphene wash, so they then make me send yet another request for a text and again, no texts. I'm sure you're convinced I am spinning my wheels. The manager then tells me they will comp this wash which I thought was nice of them. I pull up to the tunnel and comped a "basic" wash. I leave the tunnel, to go to the vaccum and drying area, and my car was still filthy. After all that effort and time spent trying to contact this company, I end getting a shitty car wash. Ummm, no thanks! Plus they have signs up saying no blaring music, yet they have speakers blaring out music. Talk about a misrun business!! read more

Nice option to get your car cleaned. I'm stingy and just go for their cheapest option ($10) it's pretty basic, but gets the job done, and I do it more than anything for access to their vacuums, microfiber cloths, and multipurpose cleaner. I try to keep my interior clean! The service is really friendly and it looks like you can get more detailed care if you pay more. They have membership options for unlimited cleans- very tempting! For just the cost of a single wash, you can sign up for a month of unlimited washes (all tiers apply)! read more

Got to check out the grand opening of The Vibe in Richardson. Overall, it seems like your average car wash, but the main difference is that they don't wipe your car down after a wash. I believe this motivated customers to wait in line for a parking spot to become available at the vacuum stations. Each station had one vacuum, an air compressor to blow out dirt from hard-to-reach areas, and a basket of rags. Unfortunately, the spot I was in didn't have any towels, and the one I managed to find was damp. It also seemed like the employees didn't anticipate the rush hour crowd, leading to limited and oddly arranged vacuum areas that made maneuvering difficult. I stopped by this car wash recently and it was pretty good. The attendant that assisted me (Brandi) was nice. They have vacuum's, glass cleaner spray, air dusters, and towel's. All of the "clean" towels were damp though which was kind of annoying, but other than that I have no complaints. read more

Vibe car wash is just that a wonderful Vibe. Washes start at $10.00 and you can add on items and they also offer memberships. I tried as my car dealership gave me a free car wash after service. I have to say this is a great car wash. From driving up and being greeted by a really helpful attendant to the wash itself. One of the best stay in your car washes with spotless dry. They have lots of vacuums if you want to do it yourself and supply clean towels to use, vacuums and high pressure air blowers . They even supply window cleaner if needed. My car came out so clean. And you can bring it back same day for free. The music that is playing as you vacuum is just that a great Vibe. Great staff ! Thank you for this wonderful wash I will be back. read more

Just WOW!!! This car wash popped up on my Facebook feed, it stated a free car wash, so I checked it out and bammm! It was true :) I signed up right away and received a voucher, make sure you only redeem it at the wash. You will be given a code and voila. I was a little disappointed coz it showed a location much closer to me, but that is a coming soon one, it will be on Spring Valley, cannot wait. Anyways, it is a free wash, so I am not complaining at all, I am very grateful! I had a running errands day, and I just incorporated this stop into my day. It worked out fine. It is a very nice-looking establishment, the yellow and black color definitely easy to notice. I was pulling up my code while waiting which was not long at all. This cute blonde helped me, she was accommodating, funny and pretty. I did not think much of this car wash to be honest until I used their free vacuums. AMAZING!! the suction is so strong; I could not put it down coz it would find anything close by to suck on :)))))))))))))) even my shirt when I was not paying attention. The vacuum head is a narrow one, so you can get to those annoying spots in your car like under your seat, side of your seat between your seat... ahhh I vacuumed the s.. of my car, I had so much fun doing it. I love when things work well. Did I mention that there are also bottles of glass cleaners around and microfiber clothes?! Another wow! to me at least, never seen glass cleaners at any other car wash places. Like I said I had more stops on my agenda that day, and every time I was getting back to my car the sight filled me with awe! He was so shiny. I saw a special, $19.99 for unlimited wash for a month. Totally affordable. Makes sense now why are they so busy! Let's hurry up and open this new location and let's talk business ;) I would support them any day! Two thumbs up!!! read more

First time visit but I bought a monthly package for their introductory price of just 10 a month for the first three months, what a deal! What was most amazing was how really well the car wash worked. I filed a complaint with the BBB about Vibe Car Wash on Arapaho in Richardson. Orlando Scott, manager, accepted the damage his equipment added to my car (there was slight prior damage). Do NOT use this business. Orlando represented to the BBB that my car was damaged prior to 3 visits. Not happy about this business- if you damage a car, you own the repair. read more

Needed to clean my car interior BADLY. Discovered Vibe carwash on a sunny Sunday afternoon It was jammed around the block! The vacuums were all full, so I decided to return on Monday. Pricing was fair, I got the basic wash for $10. After the wash which was good. The vacuum area was next, There were powerful vac's, Microfiber towels to use and glass cleaner to use. We stopped in and signed up for their 3-month deal for $10 then switch to their full $30 a month ongoing. So, this reduced charge was supposed to be for 3 months and so what did I just see on my charge card a $32.99 charge and it hasn't even been 2 full months yet. I have been trying to contact them through the sign-up site but it does not want to send me an email allowing me to finish the process. So that means I can't check out my account to see what is happening. I also left them a phone message since that is all I could do. Unless I hear from them soon, I would be very careful on how their sign-up process works. The wash itself is pretty good. Your car will need to be dried off by you but towels are furnished. Ran into the lack of drying and sweeping spaces one day, so had to wait until one opened up. read more

Jokers. I came by for a one time clean for $15 and they told me I could get a membership for $15 monthly for unlimited cleanings. They charged me $30 today. No response from management at all and their customer service person and the actual facility said to "just email them. I don't know" sounds crooked to me. read more

SCAM. went in for one cleaning and ended up being charged $26.99 for two months for a subscription i never signed up for. they didn't not answer when i called multiple times, and the website requires a sign in in order to cancel, even though i never made an account or gave them my information. Had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. read more

Beware -- fraudulent business practices. This business charged me for a subscription that I canceled the day prior to renewal. Jade (an alleged manager) claims they are like Netflix and it has to be canceled days before the renewal, which as we all know is incorrect and not the case. When confronted with the FTC and consumer protection violation, Jade's response was, "gotcha." Incredibly unprofessional. read more
