I sent like 8 or 9 requests, and not one text back. I even check my spam folder under texts and nothing. So I go on their web site, and fill out the contact us form. Again, nothing. So I then choose to email them directly from my Gmail. Guess what? Nothing. Crickets. I go to this location and explain to them I am shopping around for a car wash and this location happens to be close to work. They try to sell me a single wash which then covers the first month, but I tell them I want the free $30 Graphene wash, so they then make me send yet another request for a text and again, no texts. I'm sure you're convinced I am spinning my wheels. The manager then tells me they will comp this wash which I thought was nice of them. I pull up to the tunnel and comped a "basic" wash. I leave the tunnel, to go to the vaccum and drying area, and my car was still filthy. After all that effort and time spent trying to contact this company, I end getting a shitty car wash. Ummm, no thanks! Plus they have signs up saying no blaring music, yet they have speakers blaring out music. Talk about a misrun business!!

These guys do quality work. The most important thing to me is when they go the extra mile. If there is ever a spot, a smear that I want extra effort one, they do it! He stated that he didn't know her and told me that he was gonna call the police. I sit there for 20 more minutes waiting for The police who I thought was coming. When they never arrive, I asked the employer again If he had called them. Very oddly looked at me and he replied "no I know that man he comes here every day. He's a customer." I replied to him that it was a woman not a man, and the employer changed what he said. He then stated that it was that the black women who was his customer. I stated that she never had got out of her car the whole hour I was there cleaning my car. The employer acted puzzle But went on to say that there was something wrong with me. He knew that customer. Which, in fact, that is not what he stated in the first time.
