This is my go to car wash while I'm in the area. Very clean and well kept. Car wash thoroughly washes the entire car unlike some places which can leave untouched spots. Vacuum pressure is great here, and it sucks up pretty much anything . Towels are available here but must be returned. Staff here is accommodating. I would highly recommend if in the area . read more

I used to love this place until today. After going through to get my car washed as I'm wiping my car off, I noticed my signal light on the bottom right passenger side was off. I called the new owner Jason over to see if he could put the light back for me. Jason claimed he fixed it and put back into the clamps (which he broke). I knew it wasn't fixed as I saw an opening on there. I drove 4 minutes up the street to pick up laundry, looked at my light to make sure it was still in place, which it wasn't. I drove back to Whitewater Express Car Wash went to the window, I said "Jason you said up fixed my light which you didn't as it came back off." Jason didn't acknowledge me, instead he spoke to his employee, advised him to do the incident report, to take pictures etc. Jason went over to assist with spraying the cars down instead of coming to assist me. When Jason finally came over after the incident report was completed, I said to him again, "You said you fixed it, he replied "I scratched my hand while trying to fix it." Not once did he apologize or anything. I now see why he was passing out cards to customer to do a review of the business as he had just taken over the business. I was going to write a good review until this incident happened. I appreciate the employee being honest with me about the brushes on the machine spinning too hard which can cause damage to your vehicle, as it did mine. I've noticed ALOT of scratches on my vehicle since coming to this place. Jason, as a manager if you want customers to continue to come to your business then you must provide better service. The employee who assisted me was more helpful than you, he even offered to try and put the light back on, however he noticed the claps were broken from you trying to put the light back on. You also took apart the bottom cover underneath my car and didn't put it back in place. Give better service if you want to succeed as a business. read more

I love whitewash car.Wash except the location on centerville in garland... They give the company a bad name.Vacuums are always broken.They don't use the brush on your car.They limit you to 2 towels... The rowlett location is great and so is plaino... Just don't go to centerville!! 2 towels... Is not enough to detail your car get it together centerville location!! read more

Amazing customer service and by how busy this place is, you can tell people are satisfied. Lucius was so incredibly friendly, ran up to my car with smiles to help me get my CC working at the drive thru machine. I did the next up from the basic for $11 which included a basic wash, tire clean but was not touch free. My car was relatively clean. I had to use the free cloths to wipe of caked on dirt, bird sh*t and the curvatures of my car. For this reason I docked a star. These vacuums are a GOD SEND and again shoutout to Lucius who came back up to me to ask if I needed anything! Overall super happy with the vacuums that got up sooo much pet hair with ease. I've been to several car washes in the area, and this one is by far my favorite. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and my car always comes out looking spotless. They pay attention to the little details, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work. I've never had a bad experience and will definitely keep coming back. Uhm what to say. First they're close to the house so that's a plus. I do have the monthly pass, so I can wash as much as I want. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The downfalls, sometimes it leaves scratches, the wheels and back part of my SUV doesn't really get clean. Maybe they should look at a different approach to address that. They do use a brush/ wet mop if that's what you call it to do front/ windshield and back, but still doesn't really clean it throughly. Also they sometimes have the cart with clean towels you can use, but it's not always out there. I overall the price for the service is fair I supposed. But if they can somehow address some of those issues it'll be a 4/5 star quality. I do suggest them because of location and friendly staff. I like to go to quick trip and O'reily which are walking distance from there for gas and air fresheners. I think it would also be cool if they offer a hand service set up. They have self vacuum set up, but if they offer that other option for someone to vacuum and dry could be a plus. read more

I went to this establishment on May 13th to wash my car, and used my credit card to pay for services. Today I had to contact my credit card company to file fraud charges as they made an unauthorized charge against my card exactly one month after my original visit. I have not been to them since my wash in May, nor will I ever go back to them again! read more
