I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.

I had to cancel my plan and postpone everything for a day because I could not find any other mover, and they agreed to do my move out with one day delay. The move out day was even worse. Their staff did not want to take some of our staff, because we did not add them to their calculation list! There was no fan in their calculation list, and that is why I could not add the fan to their calculation list. I ended up throwing some of my stuff away. I even could not donate them because I had to rush to get to my trip. I do not recommend their service to anybody.
