All I needed was two princess balloons filled with helium for my niece's birthday. I asked a young gentleman that was passing by and he stated he did not know how to fill a balloon... Unfortunately, it is hard to find outgoing employees now a days. It seems that basic skills is now non existent. I won't take away stars for that. Sara definitely made up for it and saved the day.
