They also often let customers sample items before they order in case the customer is not familiar with the cuisine. I had the jerk chicken, plantains and jollof rice and I cleaned my plate! The jerk chicken had a lovely crispy skin, which I've never had before, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. The plantains and jollof rice were delicious as well. I can't wait to go back and try more menu items!

It tasted freshly made and the beef was tender and cooked perfectly. The fufu was also made fresh and they gave an ample portion. Please be aware the restaurant serves out of a commercial kitchen they lease.you call and they meet you at the door and swipe your card. The food is prepared quickly and they walk the food to your car. The sister I spoke to was warm and friendly and she was very personable. I enjoyed the meal and I will certainly return when I travel back through Memphis. I've had egusi and fufu in Houston TX, Dallas TX, Atlanta, GA and Jackson, MS and the egusi made at M&M could hold its own with all of them. It was delicious!

The menu is the perfect size -- not overwhelming -- and everything is priced fairly for the quality you're getting. You can truly tell the food is made fresh. I started with two sides: the crawfish étouffée balls and the Zydeco shrimp. The étouffée balls were made in-house and packed with amazing flavor. The flash-fried shrimp had the perfect amount of crispiness and paired perfectly with that delicious Zydeco sauce they were coated in. After almost getting full from the appetizers alone, I still had to try the catfish Po'Boy -- and wow, that French bread was some of the freshest I've had! The catfish was seasoned perfectly, and the whole sandwich paired great with their homestyle fries. I highly recommend stopping by 2 Crazy Fellas. The food, freshness, and flavors speak for themselves. I already know I'll be back many more times!

I was very indecisive on my order as always cause that's how I roll. I did have the fried catfish it was really good. One suggestion: the front patio could really benefit from some music. Even a low-volume speaker tied into the DJ's system would help create the same experience outside without disturbing the neighborhood. The biggest challenge is parking. Street parking is risky, and several visitors have learned the hard way that tickets are easy to get. Save yourself the headache and use the parking garage across the street for about $4. It's worth it compared to a $25 parking ticket. Unfortunately, service was the weakest part of the experience. The staff appeared overworked, overwhelmed, and likely short-staffed. While that is understandable, the customer experience suffered. There was very little interaction from greeters, servers, or bartenders. Guests are instructed to wait to be seated, but there was little guidance, communication, or assistance. Long waits and a lack of acknowledgment made the visit frustrating. Food was mixed. The wings and fries were excellent--so good they disappeared before there was time to take a picture. The spring rolls, however, were under-seasoned, slightly overcooked, and only two come with an order, which felt disappointing for the price. The dipping sauces helped, but the filling could have used more flavor. The standout of the night was the Smash It cocktail. Made with Suntory Toki whiskey, basil, lemon, simple syrup, and an absinthe rinse, it was refreshing, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Easily the highlight of the visit. Would I return? Yes. But next time I'll go with adjusted expectations: eat beforehand, enjoy the atmosphere, grab a cocktail, and consider anything else a bonus. Pro Tips: Order the Smash It cocktail. The wings and fries are worth trying. Park in the garage across the street. Don't expect fast service during busy times. If you're hungry, have a snack before you arrive. Great atmosphere and cocktails, but service and parking keep it from reaching its full potential. With better staffing and a little more attention to guests, this place could easily be a 5-star experience.

In detail: What a nice place, good people and wonderful service, we stopped by late morning on weekday so no problem wIth parking and place wasn't packed. There was one person taking orders and making it, I think his name is Naiman(skinny guy wearing gLasses), I got tempted to try their specialty drinks but was reluctant to try anything which has flavor syrups(recently had a bad experience), so asked him about the level of sweetness, I don't like too sweet and goT to know, most of their syrups are made by them, blackberry syrup is his great grandmother's recipe and I had to try it, about the sweetness, he told it's sweet but noT as sweet as Starbucks, so that convinced me. I went with New Moon-blackberry dark mocha, my husband coffee and blueberry muffin. My husband accidentally stirred coffee with the dirty spoon and he asked for another coffee and we asked him to cHarge for it as it was absolutely our mistake but his answer for it was 'don't worry, it happens to the bEst of us' and he dint charge it, what a nice person:) Coffee was perfect, I liked my mocha, sweetness was perfect, but I dint feel blackberry flavor in it, it was like dark mocha and told him, he was happy to hear my honest opinion. Blueberry muffin was ok, it was fresh, they don't bake it. Don't miss to check out this place!
