Let me preface by saying, this negative review is on quality only. Nail tech (I think think was owner, was very polite and pricing is competitive) I SIX (6) days 3 nails chipped in corners. (See photos). Although very convenient, unfortunately, I won't be going back

Kayla is so sweet! She did my nails and did them just how i wanted. I love how they have alot of colors to choose from. I was in the area and needed my nails done so i thought i'd try them. I dont live close by but i would definitely make the drive to come back here!

I feel like my experience was very rushed even though nobody was in there. I came in for a gel pedicure and she barely scrubbed the callus off. She did it for a second and left the skin all peeling( my skin on the Benton or the foot was not peeling off before) Also did not even cover the full nail with polish nor was my cuticles cut all the way. Lastly I noticed that she didn't sterilize the cuticle cutters. She Took them out use them on me and then put the lid back on them and put them back in her drawer . Was very grossed out by that. Will not be returning

I just discovered this spot not too long ago and absolutely love it! It is so clean and all the staff is so nice and sweet. They take their time and make sure you're beyond comfortable. I will go here for mani and pedis forever now. I have not had any gel chip or come off since this new set... it was about 3-4 weeks before. They give 10% off to new clients! Highly recommend!!!

Carnival Nail did an excellent job on pedicures for my grandmother and me. They have massage chairs set up with plastic dividers on both the sides and in front. They allow a good amount of time of foot soaking while working on the nails. They also give a nice leg and foot massage, along with a hot towel wrap. This is a nice touch that can sometimes be an extra cost depending on the salon; this one is included. The price is $30 for a standard pedicure, which is what we received. The two ladies running the shop are also very nice.

I wanted to check out this place and use my ClassPass credits. Also, I read some really good reviews.. so why not?! Once I walked in I was greeted happily by the manager/owner. Then followed by the bad news. On ClassPass it was advertised as GEL manicure/pedicure and when I walked in I was advised that it's just a regular mani/pedi. If I wanted gel, I have to cancel my reservation and pay out of pocket and make another appointment. I was the only client and wondered why I have to reschedule. The nice person I am I just kept it and got my nails done. The lady who did my toes was probably as old as my mom. She was nice and gentle with my feet. BUT she trimmed my right pinkie toe nail oddly that my toe looked like it was deformed. The younger lady who did my nails was nice too. Very gentle with my hands, but I also did notice that her hands were shaky as she was painting my nails. First impression says a lot. Will not come back here read more

Anna does such a great job with manicures here! Very smooth painting and with a gentle touch. I've also gotten pedis here and have been pleased with the results. Both my manis and pedis have lasted a good long time, def better than me doing it at home. I started coming here bc my usual salon in MB has been temporarily closed since June, and it was supposed to be a month but by now hasn't opened yet. They have massage chairs and it's pretty nice inside but not super fancy. Prices are also very reasonable (very basic mani pedi combo is just $43, and it's slightly more if you do just mani or pedi by themselves). There are also lots of options for mani pedi combos that come with more). I love how this place doesn't seem to get super crowded although I've only been on weekday evenings. read more

I'm not one to complain or only leave negative reviews, but I was sooo disappointed in the pedicure I received at this salon. The reason I gave 3 stars was because my gel manicure by Anna was great. She was sweet and helped me pick a color. I really like my manicure & would totally go back to Anna for just that. However, my gel pedicure was so bad that it was peeling off before I even got home & paint job was horrible. I called them to kindly explain what happened and they told me to come back. The same nail tech attempted to redo it only for the same thing to happen. Horrible paint job, polish all over my skin... I didn't even want to complain anymore because I just wanted to get out of there & I really don't like to complain. By then, I had wasted my time and money & just decided to go elsewhere to get my polish changed.. read more

Friendly techs- and they offer a lot of manicure/pedicure options. Whether it's dip, gel or regular- they will take care of you. My daughter often asks for intricate designs on her acrylics-and wow! They deliver. My manicures and pedicures last- they do quality work. Call for an appointment because they do get busy. Walkins always welcome, but you may have to wait. read more

First, overpriced mani / pedi, even for children if you take them... my daughter had a pedi for the first time (7) and it was $49! Nothing special, just polish. Also, they used unsanitary nail clippers/ files and cuticle clippers on her and myself. Never opened anything new, I had to ask them to give us a new file. Nothing was placed in sanitary solution after either! I will not be returning - and will also be watching for any issues like fungal infection with nails / toes unfortunately. Disgusting read more

They're open and under new ownership/management! Beautifully decorated, new massage chairs and lots of color options for gels and regular polish. I've done a gel mani, regular mani, and pedi twice here. Advice: call and make an appointment, they're getting super popular and busy as a result! read more

I have been hankering for a pedicure for a while, and not just any pedicure. I wanted something…read moremore therapeutic. My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Kayla is my go-to for acrylic nails--her attention to detail and consistency are outstanding. I have high standards, and she never disappoints. She is not only skilled but also friendly and efficient. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. While the salon is small, it is impeccably clean, with a pleasant scent and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I visit about once a month and always leave satisfied.
