Family owned business. Very friendly customer service. My friend brought me to this place, and it was definitely well worth it! We got the manicure and pedicure with some other stuff as well. They're very detailed orientated and careful when cutting your nails/cuticles. I have gone to horrible nail places who just leave you sore from the bad cuticle cutting, but my nails/skin were fine after coming here! Honesty & Transparency Issues... I called to verify the price for gel nail removal + gel manicure with simple designs. They said $40 in total. However, when I got there, even with an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes and it was hot in there with no AC. Once they started doing my manicure, they told me that there would be an extra charge on top of the $40 for the design. (And my design was super simple. Just a gold manicure line with a white tip...nothing fancy). The total cost came out to be $53. A $13 difference from what they had originally told me. And they didn't tell me until it was too late and they had started painting my nails. Very shady. I was content with how my nails came out, but I do not like being tricked and being lied to about the price. And also, I don't appreciate spending 2 hours in a nail salon for just gel manicure. Such an inviting and roomy nail shop! There's plenty of nail polishes to choose from including Essie and OPI. First off, a spa mani/pedi for 27 dollars is a steal! There is six massage chairs here and four mani stations. The spa chairs are clean and functional and I love that it's not worn out. They give you a slight massage with your mani/pedi and include a hot stone for our feet, but I didn't get to enjoy it. I honestly wanted to like this place but I felt so rushed. Maybe because they had appointments that came early and they were understaffed, but ugh I'm so disappointed. Kim, who did my nails was really sweet but I didn't want to ask her to redo my nails because the people waiting for their appointment seemed impatient and I didn't want to look like a burden. This place has become my regular, go-to, nail salon. I come here mostly for my pedicures and gel manicures. Usually, I call in just before I head over and they can fit me in as soon as I arrive. On a few occasions I've had to wait at most, 10 minutes. They've recently added in new manicure tables and TVs with movies or music videos playing. It's a very nice environment to come in and relax while you're getting a nice service. In my past experiences with OTHER salons I felt rushed to pick a color and then leave as soon as my manicurist puts on my last coat! But they employees here are very polite and friendly. The color selection for gels and regular polish is soooo large too! It's like I have an entire wall cabinet to choose from. They also have an amazing hot stone and massage with their pedicures! I've even tried their upgraded pedicure with the exfoliant scrub, it was so relaxing I could fall asleep in the chair. Can't wait to come back here for my next nail service! read more

But the more I thought about it and the more I saw my nails, definitely don't like this place. I'm still raging because they placed an acrylic crooked and my nail looks so bad. I told the guy and he filed the sides down a little and said it looked better, but my nail is still crooked. My nail polish chipped literally 2 hours after getting my mails done, they didn't do a thorough job of applying nail polish over. They're super slow and the place is not that clean. The girl thought I was poor or didn't know about nails or some thing but anytime I asked a question about something she'd start with "that would cost you &5, that would cost you $10." I had gel polish on before I went in and the guy was taking it out (also the gel removal plastic cone was really dusty, made me uncomfortable) the lady walked up and said "gel removal is another $5, so total is $30 for you." People already know removing gel costs. My friend was not too happy with her service either. The manicurist totally forgot to put acrylics on an entire finger (for her and me) and o had to be like hey you missed that finger. Honestly don't go here. I've never had such a friendly experience with a nail tech before, she was constantly smiling and it made my experience so much more positive! Found this place on Yelp, & discovered it was one of the nearest one. I read Steve was the man to go to & so I walked-in (they recommend appts especially for him). Thankfully, he wasn't busy & took care of me soon after my pedicure. The location is clean & hygienic from what I saw, the aesthetics give a relaxed Thai vibe with bamboo & hut decor. This is a family-owned business so please keep in mind it may not be the quietest "spa-like" spot as they do have three girls there after school hours (two of them twins--cute!) so they may be running around, playing, & talking. The oldest came up to me & chatted. Didn't bother me one bit. Steve, the nail tech is detail-oriented & will not let you leave until everything is perfect! He did an excellent job!! Flawless! Went to get a fill done before xmas here, because my usual nail guy was busy, and it was a HORRIBLE mistake. So many things went wrong throughout my experience that I will never return. Firstly, the lady doing my nails absolutely destroyed my nail bed and cut up my cuticles so bad that my hands were sore for the days following my appointment. Secondly, when it was time to paint my nails, she goes to grab the polish, and I quickly realize it's not the glitter that I asked for. When I stop her to let her know, she annoyedly asks me which color I chose, and after pointing it out, she and another lady discuss something before telling me they don't have the color. (I chose this color polish before any service was performed, so she could have let me know sooner.) I then go on to chose another polish, and they don't have that one either.... okayyyy, so then I chose one that they finally do have, but can't help but wonder if they were just going to hope I wouldn't realize that they switched the color I chose out without telling me? Also, wouldn't you let the customer know when they chose in the beginning? Finally, the last straw was when I leave to find my nail shapes are all over the place. Acrylics are worn down between sets, and often times this leads to rounded edges and differences in width so it is necessary that they are refiled and reshaped so they are even, but no. That was not the case here. It's not even the cheapest nail salon out there, and yet the set was subpar. It is safe to say I will never return. read more

Tried out a new place. It's s husband and wife run business that's co run with their 3 pre school and elementary age kids. The threesome run around, draw on the walls, ride their bikes, and play all over the salon but it didn't bother me. The gal the family hired to do my nails was really distracted and kept leaving me to do other things. Twice she moved on to another client before finishing. Once she cleaned the basin and was gone for a long time. I guess she went on break? I saw her start on someone else right after her 10 minute break. She has not even started my nail polish. Once she figured out that she forgot me she ran back to finish. Not even apologizing once. The next time, she left to start someone else's pedicure and she forgot to finish applying polish on my last two fingers. I'll probably not return as my nails were rushed and sloppy. read more

This is a fairly spacious nail place in a plaza with plenty of parking when it's not too busy. I've actually been to this plaza a couple times before but didn't notice this place until I looked up nail places near me. It had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I decided to get a regular full set ($25) but I wanted coffin shaped nails so it came out to a total price of $28 + tip. The staff were attentive and very kind. The man who did my nails did a great job and took his time to make sure I liked the way they looked. I was rushing to leave because I had somewhere to be so my nails weren't completely dry and when I got in my car I noticed that a small part on my thumb got messed up. I went back inside to see if they could quickly fix it and they accommodated to me right away. I will definitely come back here for a fill or to have my acrylics removed because I was just told today that I can't have fake or painted nails for my new job :( maybe I'll come back for a pedicure instead. I'm so glad I found this nail shop. Decided it was finally time to go and do my nails. It's been a while since all the closing and re-opening and closing again lol I decided let's do it. I called several places and most of the nail salons were booked and it was hard to get 3 gel mani and 3 regular pedis since I wanted to take my daughters. I was able to get us all in with an appointment less than 30 minutes from the time I called. Prices are really good compared to several places I called. When we got there there was one other person. They have a section up front to sanitize your hands. You pick your color and take a seat. The ladies are very friendly and make small talk which is fine with me I just like to sit and relax lol. It seems like people come back to them since a couple clients came in and knew them. Now for our manis, they did such a good job no spots left not painted and my hands feel so good. They give you a hand massage at the end have massage chairs. Our pedis wow I don't think I had such a good pedi in so long. I had cut my nails super short before and didn't expect much but they shaped them did such a good job. Scrub your feet and put a hot stone and hot towel best part. They take cash and credit card only thing they ask for tip in cash which I didn't know so I added the tip to my total charge. Next time I will take cash for tip. Parking there is plenty. This nail shop is so close to my house I can just walk there. We are for sure making this our nail shop. Oh also the gel color you choose comes with regular nail polish so you don't have to worry about trying to match them. Overall we had such a great experience here. read more
