Right away, the service stands out. We were greeted and immediately offered a sample of brisket, which set the tone. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the ordering process has a really smooth, well thought out flow that keeps things moving without feeling rushed. We sat on the covered patio, which was clean, comfortable, and a great place to enjoy a meal. Now, the food. This is where it really shines. I'm a bit of a BBQ aficionado, so I'll be a little nitpicky, but none of this takes away from how great it was overall. The brisket was phenomenal. We tried both lean and fatty--both were excellent. If I had to critique anything, it leaned slightly salty, but the bark, smoke, and overall flavor were outstanding. The pulled pork was just as impressive. Tener, moist, and packed with flavor, with no wasted bits. The Texas sausage was incredibly flavorful, though slightly on the mealy side texturally. That said, the green chile cheddar sausage was an absolute standout. Loaded with flavor, chiles, and cheese. A must-order. The sides were the only area that didn't quite keep pace with the meats. The beans were a bit undercooked and lacking depth of flavor. The slaw was fresh and well-balanced, but not particularly memorable. The corn pudding was solid, but again, nothing that stood out. The sauces also deserve some recognition. All four were fantastic, each with its own unique profile. Honestly, I could've just sat there sampling them on their own. They paired perfectly with different meats and added another layer to the experience. Overall, this is an incredible BBQ spot. While it may not quite reach the level of some top tier Texas joints, it absolutely rivals them and stands out as one of the best you'll find outside of Texas.

The duck was roasted perfectly with the skin, crispy for the texture and seasoned divinely. Yall the potatoes were crispy on the outside, well fluffy like little clouds inside, and had a punch of flavor. The asparagus was rich with a butter and lemon note. If a plate could sing! Zero notes. 10/10. My only draw back was I needed a pillow after the meal. Stuffed was I.

The half bird came with 4 pieces as one would expect, the crust was crispy and the chicken was awesome. I was eating the dark meat and couldn't get over how juicy it was. The real test as you all know is the breast, is that going to be dry? Nope, it was so moist and flavorful, it was a home run. I guess they brine their chicken for some good amount of time and it shows. My sides though I wish I would have gotten more adventurous, the meal came with two sides so I got a salad and the fried potatoes as a recommendation from the waitress. Started with the gyoza, tuna tartare, and yellowtail hamachi then added on a couple specialty sushi rolls. For the mains we ordered the sausage sampler and the pork schnitzel. The fish was fresh and presented beautifully. The schnitzel was by far the best any of us had had and came with amazing German potato salad. Service was quick and efficient, we even got to meet the owner who was very welcoming. Will 100% be back to try other items on the menu. Side note-parking can be difficult in the small lot shared with the other businesses but you can park across the street at the law offices when they are not open!

I honestly don't remember what countries I tried, but all the food was phenomenal (they do give you a passport with your bill, so you remember what you tried). The dressing is super zingy, be sure you like lemon (I do) as that's really pronounced in that dressing. The sandwich is rich so I definitely recommend getting the salad with that one. My spouse got the Sandwich special: Burrata Sandwich (Ciabatta roll, burrata, steak, peppers, onions) with fries. The fries were plentiful and warm but not blazing hot. There's a self-serve soda station, condiment station, and paper to-go boxes.
