The duck was roasted perfectly with the skin, crispy for the texture and seasoned divinely. Yall the potatoes were crispy on the outside, well fluffy like little clouds inside, and had a punch of flavor. The asparagus was rich with a butter and lemon note. If a plate could sing! Zero notes. 10/10. My only draw back was I needed a pillow after the meal. Stuffed was I.

Another friend complained her steak's pepper sauce was way too strong- I tried it and agreed. Fish and chips seemed fine. Light and Crispy if you're into that. We didn't get dessert. He cleaned the plate so we know it was realllll good. We also got the fried okra as an app for the table and we were all big fans. The sauce took them over the top on flavor. We have never had an issue with the service. They've always been communicative and friendly, offering great suggestions on the menu. I love the inside of the restaurant. Started with the gyoza, tuna tartare, and yellowtail hamachi then added on a couple specialty sushi rolls. For the mains we ordered the sausage sampler and the pork schnitzel. The fish was fresh and presented beautifully. The schnitzel was by far the best any of us had had and came with amazing German potato salad. Service was quick and efficient, we even got to meet the owner who was very welcoming. Will 100% be back to try other items on the menu. Side note-parking can be difficult in the small lot shared with the other businesses but you can park across the street at the law offices when they are not open!

And then you see the center table that's tall & blocks the other side where other small tables are lined up. But you can't see those either. The walls are dark grays, blacks, & purples. Our alcove wall was adorned with what I think were dresser knobs of varying shapes. It reminded me of some of the weird clubs in NY I'd go to in my 20s where the decor reminded me of a college students are project. The waiter was very friendly & on point. But felt a little overdone. A little too much in the sauce as it were. Too much into the art project. Honestly the food was good but I was so thrown off by the feng shui of the place that I don't know if I really enjoyed it.
