I still recommend despite giving 3 stars. The first time we visited, one of the sushi rolls we ordered had bread crumbs that were just stale/rancid and we couldn't eat it. The manager came and sat with us and made it right when we let them know (mistakes happen). I'm glad we went again last week and gave them a 2nd try- everything was fantastic this visit.

I had the Maultaschen. It was fantastic. The tiramisu was good as well. The Hirter Dunkel on draft was delicious as well. We will be back.

The diverse Asian offerings include a variety of fresh sushi rolls, hibachi dishes, and appetizers. The German options include sausages, Jägerschnitzel, and Spätzle. They have a large bar serving beer, wine and spirits. Happy Hour is Tuesday-Friday 4-6 pm

Up entering, I wasn't expecting much. Place was pretty empty on a Friday at 6 pm. Table and menus were a bit sticky, so I was about to write this place off...until our entrees arrived. OMG, the German food here is off the charts good. Everything we ordered reminded me of my German mother in law's finest delicacies. Highly recommend!

In town for an event and went to lunch with a work friend. I had been to a F&P in another location…read moreand remembered liking it enough to recommend to my friend. This place doesn't disappoint. I had forgotten they change the menu 3 times a day based on the fresh ingredients they have on hand. This day they had a brisket sandwich with fries, which I substituted for a delicious garden salad. You really can't go wrong.

I came here for brunch with some friends after a girls' weekend in Greenville. The service was…read moreprompt and friendly, and the ambiance was clean and well-decorated inside and on the heated, screened-in patio. We were seated on the terrace by the door, which was less than desirable but still good. The chair I was in was awfully uncomfortable, but the benches were suitable. For food, we ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts, Earl Grey tea bread, chicken tamales, berry French toast, mushroom bruschetta and fried oysters. The Brussels were good and perfectly cooked. The Earl Grey tea bread was good, but too sweet for me (not a sweets person). My friends ordered the chicken tamales and berry French toast, respectively, and enjoyed their meal. For me, the menu didn't have anything that caught my eye, so I made a meal of the small plates. I love mushrooms, but I felt that the mushrooms in the bruschetta needed to be chopped. Their meaty texture and large pieces made it less than desirable, even though the flavor was good. The oysters were well-cooked and served in an ample portion, but with cocktail sauce rather than aioli. When asked, she brought me the paprika aioli that's on the Brussels sprouts. Still, I think a lemon-and-herb aioli or a lemon-and-horseradish aioli would have been more appropriate for a fresh brightness to cut through the breading. It was almost a good meal, but oftentimes the devil is in the details.
