On 01-02-2025 we had our first service call on the ECO Spa- E3. The unit only about 3 1/2 months old started making some noise when the pump motor would start up. the sound got louder and louder then finally stopped working. Hydra Hot Tubs and Pool sent Mike out to repair it immediately. Mike was on top of his game. he was fast, friendly, and, very knowledgeable. The motor had to be replaced but it was encouraging to know from Mike that the ECO spas don't get many repair calls. Having owned a couple of units before I would say this probably was a one off situation. We are very happy with our hot tub and the people who work at this company. The unit is up and running with no issues. I highly recommend Hydra Hot Tubs and Pool. We worked with Pete and his son out of the Fort Mills location. The warranty is one of the best in the industry and they stand behind the product. Great job Mike! read more

I purchased a hot tube package from Hydra Hot Tubs about 3 yrs ago. I am very pleased with my hot tube too. I am also very impressed w/ their lead technician Mike. I schedule w/ Mike yearly for a service call. Mike makes sure my system stays in tip top shape. Recently I accidentally locked my monitor on my hot tube...and with a mere text to Mike, he followed up w/ specific codes to get me going again. Mike gives excellent follow up after the sale! Still going strong after all these years. Originally bought our first Hot Tub from Jason in 2018 and has purred like a kitten since. But, like anything else, the older it gets the more maintenance it needs. We've only needed minor repairs but when called, Jason and Mike respond immediately and problems are solved. Mike came out to service my pool pump. He worked diligently to solve the problem including finding a couple other issues along the way. He kept me informed on what the issues were and how to fix it.
