I've been going to Dr. Bobbett for over 25 years. She is so thorough and she cares so much. I had a root canal done on a front tooth probably 20 years ago and we both tried to whiten the to because it was discolored at the time of the root canal. We did the best we could but just couldn't get it to look like the rest of the teeth. Fast forward 20 years at a routine cleaning she said there is a new treatment out if I'd like to try. OMG, the treatment worked, now all my teeth match. I have many stories of the above and beyond that Dr. Bobbett and staff have done for me. I suggest Dr. Bobbett review the HIPPA Laws. I tried to get a private consultation with Dr. Bobbett and she refused. I feel like I can not say enough kind words about Dr. Bobbett and her team. I've been coming here since at least 2019 or so, and I always walk out with a smile. Whether it's just a cleaning or admittedly a filling or two, I've always had a great experience! The waiting area is very welcoming with little bottles of water and magazines. The front staff and other dental folks have always been so friendly no matter who I'm talking to. And I often find myself having a chuckle or two with everyone while getting my cleanings. If you don't like the dentist.... READ THIS. Throughout my entire life, I could only tell you bad things about my dental experiences. It wasn't that my teeth were messed up, but that the person working on my teeth, didn't care. It's like they didn't pay attention in dental school. Since I've become an adult, I've gone to the dentist once and my outlook on "dentists" still stayed the same. They're an unneeded expense, and you still experience a bit of pain. With Caroline and her team, never. They're extremely gentle and talk you through everything they're doing. They even educated me quite a bit on what I was doing wrong, how I can prevent things, and what to do in the future. I came three days (within their busy schedule) in a row to get my teeth cleaned. I booked last minute, yet they were very accommodating to my work schedule. Caroline herself is such a joy. She used numbing gel even when doing the cleaning, to ensure I wasn't feeling any pain whatsoever. She used a bunch of new tools I'd never seen before and explained each and every one of them. AND BOY DID THEY WORK. She got all the stuff off my teeth from not being cleaned in so long, and now my mouth feels brand new. I'm no longer in any pain, even after the first visit. Really Great Dental! I have not been to the dentist since 2015, and was scared to go because dentist always are super rough. The hygienist was very kind and walked me through the whole process. They got me in with an appointment the next day as a first time patient. Most of the staff has been there for 15+ years, and you can tell they work really well together! If I could give zero stars I would. Alicia at the front desk is probably the worst receptionist ever. She's rude, has a terrible tone, very snarky, and when your talking she likes to talk over you. After knowing that my in-laws have been going there for years is why I started going but even they said Alicia is always so rude to them and can't believe she's still working there. She knows nothing about insurance and it's really sad that such an amazing dentist like Dr. Bobbett has such a nasty unwelcoming person at her front desk. I mean she's the reason she lost a good family that has been going to them for years and now will never be going back. She's needs to learn some respect and get trained in good customer service. A couple of months ago, I could barely eat from tooth pain, and I was getting the worst migraines. My boss recommended Bobbett and said she was the best. I called and they got me in pretty quickly. The environment is very elite, professional, and extremely competent and friendly. Bobbett put so much time and genuine concern in the work she did for me and I am so thankful. Her office staff was so friendly and helpful in answering my questions over the phone - and that continued when I came in for my appointment. Laurie, the hygienist, did a great job with the cleaning.
