My son and I were looking for a new dentist. We tried this location and I really liked the dental hygienist and the dentists. They were all very good, professional, and kind. My problem has been the customer service and scheduling with the front desk. I don't live close so I don't want to drive for an appointment twice. I would like for my son and I to have our appointments the same time or approximately the same time. For one appointment, the front desk was scheduling me out 8 months instead of 6. When I told her that was 8 months out she told me she didn't have any times available in 6 months and that was the earliest they could fit us in. I even tried 7 months and nope. So I set the appointment which she scheduled one in the morning and one in the afternoon even after I requested the times be close together. I called back to reschedule hoping I would have better luck and would talk to someone else. Luckily I got someone else who helped me to reschedule that wasn't in the office. Our appointments were scheduled an hour apart on the same day. That was acceptable. Five days before my our appointment I got a call to confirm my appointment but to reschedule my sons for earlier in the day. When I said I wanted both appointments at the same time or I would have to cancel, the young lady just asked, "So...you want to cancel both appointments then?" Yep. With the customer service like this trying to schedule appointments it doesn't matter how great the other staff is. This is really disappointing. Time for a new dentist. read more

First let me start by saying that I have been a patient in this office for 20 years. I had an almost identical experience to Michael J. Before scheduling my cleaning, I SPECIFICALLY asked if my insurance covered it. I was assured that it did. Come to find out that the cleaning was not covered and would have been had I simply waited a couple of more months. I called to explain to them the situation and was told by office manager Rayna that she would do NOTHING about the issue. I tried multiple times to schedule an in person meeting with her to discuss the situation but she refused to meet with me. She also berated me with absolute lies and told me that "I am a loser and have no life." Then she hung up on me. I am currently trying to resolve this issue with the corporate office. I only hope that they have a recording of the most recent phone call so they can hear first hand how unprofessional and abusive Rayna is. In my entire life, I have NEVER experienced anything even close to the abusive treatment of Rayna. You would think that 20 years of loyalty would mean something but apparently not to Rayna. I last spoke with Rayna on Wednesday. On Thursday morning, I called the corporate office to try to resolve my situation. The representative I spoke with was in communication with the office team as I waited on hold after explaining the situation and I was assured that I would be getting a return call to discuss the situation. I am looking forward to speaking with them next week so they can see that the "professional " they put in charge of their office is nothing more than an incompetent bully. Rayna, the office manager, is truly the absolute worst person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in a business setting. She is truly in a class of her own. I just moved to Las Vegas and was on the hunt for a new dentist. I had originally went to their Charleston location, which has a much better customer rating, but they referred me here to see the Orthodontist. I had a hard time finding their address on Maps due to their name not being "Brident" when searching, so I arrived 10 minutes late. They marked me as "no-show", without a phone call, and then had me wait fruitlessly for 45 minutes. The waiting room was extremely dirty, the floorboards unkept, windows full of fingerprints, and trash on the floor. This was 9am, so not sure why it was so dirty when they had just opened. I ended up leaving. If they can't even keep their waiting room tidy, I can't trust them with my teeth. read more

They have a big problem with the staff taking decision that belongs to the dentist. I was in an emergency situation with an infection and instead of rescheduling due to pain and also without asking the dentist they just keep me on the same schedule. I ask them to please ask the dentist and they says yes and will call me back but they never did. That was totally frustrating and makes me feel like they just focus on the incoming money without any importance of the customer. No one minimum help or support for my case. Also the person that provides the prices is kind of prepotente at the time she schedule and give the fees, really bad experience at that place. Very unhappy. Needed a crown replaced, when we scheduled the appointment, I was told I would be charged $145, and my insurance would cover the rest. Now 3 months later I'm sent an overdue bill of $833, when I call, they tell me my insurance isn't covering it! I was also told they would look into it and call me back. That was a week ago and I have not heard back. My husband also received a bill for his copay that he did in fact pay at his visit. Don't trust this place! read more

Aside from pricey periodontist work, this is a cosmetic dental clinic. Wasted my time. Told them I just wanted the one tooth looked at. They did the whole workup. $30,000 price tag. Didn't even do anything but refer me for the tooth I wanted looked at. I assume they didn't charge me that's why the 2 stars instead of 1. My experience with Sahara Dental was unbelievable. But not in a good way or they drop the ball on so many occasions and refuse to do the paperwork correctly which calls my preauthorization to be denied. My insurance company had to advocate for me four times , they were very determined not to follow through with correcting the incomplete paperwork , to cause delays, preventing me from getting my flipper on time. By the time everything was approved for my flipper and my partial what's the insurance company repeatedly told them they would pay for if they would redo the paperwork, but they want me to pay out-of-pocket for mistakes that they made, and for consuming my time limit on my insurance, I would not recommend them to anybody for any reason. read more

Been here 3 times and every time I get there, there's people sitting in the waiting room but they always tell me to go wait outside for them to call me when they are ready. I don't get why some people can wait inside and some can't? I get the covid rules but why do they only let certain people wait inside and not others. I even asked the receptionist one time that why couldn't I wait inside when there was people waiting inside when I got there and she just said "no there wasn't" lol. The 3 times I've been there there's been people waiting there and I have to go outside. Another thing I don't like is that they don't let me go in with my child. I don't like leaving my children alone with strangers. I really tried hard to like this place but I don't like how rude the receptions is. I need to find a better dentist for my kids. read more

Where do I even begin?! I have really bad anxieties and I was so scared. I panic all the time because I start focusing on my heart rate and I'm constantly communicating with myself in my head which just makes everything a crap storm! I had to get extractions, not just one tooth but four! I'm 27 with metal braces. No space for the teeth to move around so they had to go. I'm going to school for Dental Assisting, so I kept telling myself I know what they're going to use to loosen the teeth, what they're using to yank the teeth out, and if the root tip WAS to break they'll have to take extra steps to get it out. It didn't make it any better my teacher and classmate told me I was going to be in a lot of pain. Who even wants to be in pain? Sure as hell not me! Sahara Dental prescribed me a calming medication to take an hour before my appointment, I took it but it didn't set in at all because I had a big lunch right before taking it. So when they took me back to numb my mouth up, I could already feel my heart racing for the gods! My mind was in a million places. I had Dr. Legaspi who did the extractions, I'm not sure what it is but just having her hum calmed my wild mind. I knew I was ok. She talked to me during the whole procedure. Made sure I was ok every step of the way, explained what she was doing, administered more anesthetic in the areas I could still feel pain. 30 minutes later all the teeth were out! I was laying there wondering why the heck was I even freaking out? But when you live with anxieties that's just you, you can't help it. I had a great experience for my first time getting extractions. And on the bright side, I have no pain. Nothing! Besides that weird slimy feeling of the teeth being gone, I am fine. I get to return to school tonight! And I even got to keep all the teeth they took out lol. I just want to thank Dr. Legaspi, the DA, and the front staff for the great experience yesterday. I'm so glad we chose this office when we moved to Las Vegas last year. They're all good people! read more

This was my first visit to this dentist. The women at the main entrance were very pleasant and helpful. The woman that took me in for x-rays and pictures explained everything she was doing, very gentle and took her time to make sure she got everything she needed. The doctor came in and went over everything with me, made sure I understood everything and was very polite. The last woman was someone from the office that goes over the next step and didn't rush me or made me feel like I needed to decide immediately what my next step should be. She was extremely kind and helpful and worked with me on every matter. The entire staff at this office is very polite, respectful and did everything in a timely matter. I'm happy to have found this dentist and excited to continue working with them! I went in as a new patient and was pretty nervous. I never enjoyed the dentist office but going in there I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Jennifer, the manager, was so professional and i can tell she enjoys making every one feel at home. I came in for a deep cleaning and my hygienist, Melissa, was one of the nicest ppl I've ever met. I've been putting off doing this review and was trying to let the bad experience go... But since they keep calling asking me to schedule my next appointment and not respecting my request to be removed from their call back list and have told them I have since moved to a new dental office... Here ya go. I had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled three hours before claiming "I am not sure how you were scheduled this time, but your hygienist doesn't work these hours". If you want customers to follow your policy of more than 24 hours notice, you should provide the same. I took off work to attend my appointment. They do not give the same respect that they expect from their customers. I get things come up, but on that note your customers shift schedule and lose the little pto or hours/wages we have earned to be there. Poor orgazation, and now little respect as they email and call repeatedly asking for a reschedule (this is 5 months ongoing), when I have spoken with the receptionist and been clear I am no longer their patient. This is absolutely the worst dental office! My teeth was filed down so much by Dr. Shiva Kashmiri that my new dentist thought I had a bad case of grinding my teeth. She could not get my bridge to fit so she ruined my permanent teeth instead of fixing my bridge. Then she put filing in my teeth to try to fix the damage she caused! They also had a receptionist that stole my payments. Had me on Sedation medication every time I went and put charges on my bill that even my insurance refused to pay! This place takes advantage of people who don't know better about their dental health. I just met the rudest dental hygienist who acted like flossing my teeth at the end of a cleaning was optional. They spend more time taking x-rays of my teeth and lecturing me about problems that didn't need solutions than they took cleaning my teeth. This doctor is money. His main practice is better in the Kids Arena then adults. As for his implants when I came in. They had no set price. It was like brokering at a Pawn Shop here. I would never consider this place a choice. I don't care if he sends out fliers with $600 or $1999 for implants. His is not fooling me. His real price is about 3000-4000 per implant. His lure is the sales adds, and fliers he sends out in mailers, and then he price gauges the rest on up sells. You need this and that. X-Rays. Implant, Crown, and then Abutment will cost this and that extra. When you go for treatment here with implants. Request a full Treatment plan when you have implants done anywhere. Then the real price starts popping up. But look out! They avoid this truth part as much as possible. read more

I've been going to this dentist office for years. Always impressed. They get me in and out. Another dentist, I went to, had a periodontist want to charge me $3K to fix a deep pocket in my gums. I declined that and went back to Sahara dental. Sahara dental recommended a water pic flosser and electric toothbrush. Much better than $3K! read more
