The facility is a bit older, but it was comfortable and welcoming, with coffee and water available. Most importantly, Dr. Barin was honest and thorough. It turned out I didn't need a new crown at all--my existing crown just needed to be ground down a bit. I really appreciated the conservative approach instead of pushing unnecessary work. At his very next visit, he was switched to periodontal cleanings, despite never being diagnosed with gum disease and being told his gums looked healthy. Years later, while reviewing our records and invoices, I noticed he had been receiving and being charged for periodontal cleanings for an extended period. This raised concerns, so I contacted Delta Dental and requested that the charges be reviewed. We also discovered that my husband had been charged an additional $400 for one gold crown and $450 for another. When Delta Dental and I questioned these charges, we were told the additional fees were for a five-year warranty on the crowns. We found this explanation concerning and requested further clarification. I began this process in February 2025 and did not give up. Delta Dental repeatedly requested information from the office and asked that documentation be resubmitted, but the matter was not resolved until Delta Dental's Las Vegas office became involved and conducted an investigation. After several months of persistent follow-up and review, the issue was finally resolved at the end of September 2025, when I received a reimbursement check from Delta Dental for $859. Throughout the process, our interactions with the office manager, Nick, were frustrating, as we found him to be rude and unhelpful when we were seeking answers. I encourage patients to carefully review their invoices, treatment codes, insurance explanations of benefits, and any additional charges. Also, don't give up if something does not seem right. Based on our experience, persistence was necessary to get answers and resolve the issue. We had significant concerns regarding billing transparency, communication, and customer service. I am writing this on behalf of my husband since I was the one that found the up charges on the crowns and the periodontal cleaning and did all the leg work to get our money back.

Second visit said I still owed $85 for additional X-rays. If you get a very expensive bridge everything should be included in the cost as per Delta Dental. When I complained the extra $85 was waived as a courtesy. I am now told I owe $29 for an another final X-ray to make sure the bridge was right. When you pay just make sure it is the FINAL TOTAL.

I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue.

Every experience has been amazing, but it was my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Kamal that drove me to finally write this review. I was terrified going in. I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for 5-7 years because my pain tolerance is laughably low (getting my ears pierced was traumatic enough). I had to get all 4 removed at once to relieve some pain I was experiencing, and from the first conversation, the team completely reassured me. They went over everything, post-op plans, expectations, recovery tips and made me feel like I was genuinely in good hands. But even then, I had no idea just how committed they were to making this comfortable for me. The surgery? Flawless. I didn't feel a single bit of pain or discomfort not before, during, or after. I'm someone who cries at a paper cut, so to walk away from oral surgery without pain? Truly a miracle. I chose IV sedation, and it was so easy , i fell asleep, and next thing I knew, I was at home, pain-free and minus four teeth. Recovery has been just as smooth. No pain, no issues, and if there ever was a moment of mild discomfort, Tylenol took care of it. I went in for my post-op checkup and everything is healing beautifully. Ill now be starting my invisalign journey with them. Dr. Kamal is amazing, and I still can't believe how positive this entire experience was. I couldn't have asked for a better team or outcome.
