They always go an extra step to make sure you're comfortable and they've never tried to sell me on a procedure that I didn't need. They remember (or keep excellent notes) names of our family members and what we have going on and ask when they see us. They give you a complimentary paraffin wax treatment on your hands during your treatments/cleanings and cover you with a warm blanket. The office is beautiful and clean. Staff is punctual, friendly, skilled, professional, and knowledgeable. Juanita is very personable and sweet. My only real complaint would be that they try to push a lot of extra stuff on you. Juanita Bahroos's husband is also a dentist and they push his services on you during your whole appointment every time. Stuff like whitening, braces, veneers, and extra services to scan for cancer are offered repeatedly. These "extra services" aren't covered by insurance and only claim to be able to detect oral cancer slightly sooner. And there seems to be a new option every 6 months.

After looking at my teeth "DR A. as she called herself" stated she could fill my teeth, she came back to the room with what looked like silly putty and asked me to open my mouth. No numbing of the mouth, no cleaning the area of the teeth to be filled. Dr. A. stated numbing not necessary. The silly putty fillings were put in in less than 3 minutes and that was that. The silly putty(very very expensive fillings) fell out within days. No response or resolution to this terrible service (did I say expensive). Extremely disappointed.

She is so reassuring and makes sure you are completely comfortable. She offers me breaks during my treatments since I have TMJ so my jaw can lock up/start hurting. She is so patient and kind. I did indeed ponder not fixing it, even thinking of an elaborate back story involving me winning in a fight against some tough bikers, but eventually settled on getting it fixed. The office is lovely and all the staff are warm and friendly. I was amazed of not only how quickly my chip tooth was fixed, but I had no discomfort in the process. My tooth looks like I never even chipped it! Dr. Katranji is very nice, knows her stuff, and you almost feel like she has been treating you for years the first time you meet her. Kinda geeked to go back, which for me is saying something.
