These people are an absolute JOKE! Tiffany failed to submit my registration Information on January 17th and nobody let me know anything until the last minute they sent a check so I could do it myself but of course it was addressed to the wrong fucking apartment because the ignorant and uneducated manager put apartment 10 instead of 107! I just had to pay for a month of parking at an enclosed parking garage because the cities towing service just tried to tow it for expired registration all they suggested was to hide the car until I pay for the registration AGAIN! My 45 days is march 1st and I've already made the first payment. Now when I call I get hung up on or get told to call enterprise rent a car for help. How is there no way to contact corporate?!? Why the entire fuck would you put a rental car service that can't do shit on a car sales contract as a way to get help?!?! read more

Writing a second bad review after my car has been extremmy LOUD and the ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON after only a few weeks of driving the car. Theor team responds to reviews with the care support email address which is NONRESPONSIVE and clearly a way to make their bad reviews appear to be addressed and resolved. However, ive been in contact with that email since June 2022 and HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUPPORT FROM LOCAL OR NATIONAL ENTITIES. DONT BUY FROM THIS GARDENA DEALERSHIP. unless you want to do your own inspections and diagnostics after you drive off same day.. they are horrible with taking responsibility for their staffs incompetence and won't help when you need them to fix their mistakes. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla in early 2016 from here and when I bought the car the sales manager lied to me saying car had not been in accident and I found it had been after I bought the car and he also tried to sell me a overpriced warranty (trying to rip me off) then in 2020 the both axels had to be replaced. After repairing everything the car runs fine, had it for 9 years. Will never purchase from this place again. In the future I'll just buy new from the dealer. With David's help and the rest of the Staff, they got a car from the Long Beach location because the one I wanted was not ready to be sold due to a recall. Gave me a good deal on my 2001 Tahoe for a trade, in which brought the price within my allowed budget. The fees, taxes, license and warranty can kill the deal.
