    Aiden's birthday!
    Mike C.

Came today for a birthday party for a wonderful little boy. The place was packed with a lot of house teams playing on the large fields. Parking lot should be a consideration when planning a party here. The party room has a multitude of features for younger children of all ages. From basketball, air hockey, soccer, bouncing house, etc. The sit down room has your basic drinks, pizza, tables and chairs, etc. All the kids had a great time!

it's an indoor sports complex for soccer. They have a bar upstairs, just beware that it smells like feet after a men's hockey game!

We've liked it through the years. Good kid programs and camps. Low key. Parent drop offs for Friday nights were great when kids are young.

A perfect escape from the summer heat, and big bonus that the coffee shop next door delivers until late afternoon. My daughter had a blast toddling around, checking out all the activities and watching the bigger kids. So many cool things to explore. While during one visit it was quite busy due to camps and parties, everything remained clean, safe, and secure. Loved the themes of the different areas and that age recommendations were provided. When it's busy, you pay for 2-hours per child, with 2 adults free per child. It's a very affordable experience. If it's not busy, you can stay as long as you'd like. You're welcome to bring outside food (I saw many families bring pizza for Friday not dinner, great idea imo) and they have some food and drink available for purchase on-side in addition to the adjacent coffeeshop. This really is a huge win and I'm so happy to have this in the area!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They were always available to answer questions and made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. The park has an incredible variety of attractions for all ages. The zipline over the raptor area was a thrilling experience, and the obstacle courses provided a fun challenge. We also enjoyed the rock wall climbing, laser tag, and the arcade, which offered plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. There is truly something for everyone, whether you're a young child, a teenager, or an adult. The environment was clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. It was easy to see that the park is designed with families in mind, allowing children to have fun while parents can relax knowing the facility is well maintained. The food was surprisingly great, with a good selection of options that made it convenient to spend the entire day without leaving the park. If you're planning a birthday celebration, Urban Air is an excellent choice. The birthday parties are an experience in themselves, and the staff does a fantastic job of making each celebration fun, organized, and memorable for both the birthday guest and everyone attending. A special shout-out goes to Manager Ray, Assistant Manager Carlton, Team Lead Phoenix, and Hostess Hope. They are fantastic with their guests and consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and dedication are a big part of what makes this place run so smoothly. There are tons of interactive exhibits including water play, climbing structures, pretend play areas, and building activities--that kept my toddler engaged the entire time. One of the highlights for us was the special area just for ages 0-4. It's such a thoughtful addition because it gives younger children their own safe space to crawl, climb, and play without being overwhelmed by the bigger kids. My toddler loved it, and as a parent, I appreciated that it was clean, well-designed, and developmentally appropriate. The superspace jumbo magnets were another hit amongst kids and adults alike. The parents got so invested into it and were building tunnels for the kiddos. Great fun for us too! Overall the space is very thoughtfully designed, and you can tell the staff really care about creating an engaging environment. They have a new craft activity everyday as well. Everything felt safe, clean, and inviting. It's easy to spend a few hours here without the kids getting bored. Another bonus is that the museum is in a great spot--there are a few restaurants within a block or two, which made it perfect to grab lunch right after all the fun.

At no point during check-in did the staff inform us that the facility's restrooms were inoperable due to a sewage-related issue. After entering, I learned that guests were expected to use the restroom at Marshall's next door, which was hand written paper posted on their bathroom doors. We went over to Marshalls as directed and this was especially concerning because the facility had also admitted a camp group of more than 20 children, who were waiting in line at Marshalls that was almost 20 children to use a two-stall restrooms. Despite the lack of working restroom facilities onsite, Kids Empire staff continued allowing additional families and guests to enter without clearly disclosing the situation beforehand. I was told by a staff member I could use the restroom and Roto-Rooter was just finishing up in the women's room. I opened the door to find sewage water in the women's restroom. The staff seemed unconcerned. Had I been informed before using our Return Pass, I would not have entered the facility that afternoon. Access to a safe and functioning restroom is a basic necessity, particularly in a children's play facility serving young children and large camp groups. I was contemplating calling the Rhode Island Department of Health. Once I became aware that the restrooms were not operational, I asked a staff member to provide another Return Pass so that my son and I could return on a day when the facility was fully functional. My request was refused.
