I was a bit hesitant because there were few reviews about rug washing- mostly carpet cleaning. I have them two big oriental rugs washed for less than $500. It was very well worth it . My rug had a moth infestation, and they were able to pick it up quickly and efficiently, returning it spotless and moth free (as well as moth proofed) 4 days later. The pickup and delivery men (the two Olegs and Vova) were extremely nice, very helpful and highly skilled. They gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival, answered all my questions patiently and took care of my rug with great care. They did an excellent job in all ways: pick up, cleaning and delivery. The men were extremely helpful with moving furniture. They cleaned a badly stained Oriental carpet which other cleaners were never able to remove. I thought it was hopeless until they cleaned it. Stains are completely gone now. All 5 members of my family (6 if you count our nanny) got a horrible stomach bug last night. 1 of my children made it to the bathroom to vomit. 1 all over me (lovely). And the other all over the carpet in my room. I could barely lift my head from my pillow this morning, but managed to do "request a quote' on Yelp for a carpet cleaning since my typical carpet cleaning company is closed on weekends. I reached out to a dozen or so local carpet cleaners...the calls started coming in within minutes, but Vytas from Carpet Cleaning Group was first. They said they'd be there in an hour (amazing!!) and gave me a price to clean all my carpets that was much less than I usually pay. The 2 guys who showed up were very friendly and got to work right away. They took care of the vomit issue (phew) and the rest of my carpet looks as good as the day it was installed. To say these people blew my novice skills out of the water would be an understatement. First they were extremely communicative; from the first message I sent on yelp to Zach calling me morning of, they were responsive and polite every step of the way. When they arrived they were respectful of my place, easy to talk to, and friendly. Then, the actual cleaning which took maybe twenty minutes, left my well loved crushed velvet couch looking brand new. Very happy with their services. We bought a house that had 15 year old carpet in the basement. It was in good shape aside from some large stains. We were planning to remove it but decided to give it a shot with professional cleaning which, if successful, could save us a bunch. The guys came out and did steam cleaning and sanitization which immediately made the place feel fresher and cleaner. The tough stains needed dry cleaning so they came back another day to do that. Ahhh... the team just left and my carpets look like perfection. I too, chose CCC because of their stellar Yelp reviews and I now see that they are well earned. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were able to serve me quickly. The guys weren't just prompt...they arrived early! Courteous, professional and went right to work. They got out the reoccurring spot where the Easter-candy-eating dog threw up the chocolate. They got out the "omg...has the puppy been peeing in here?" They got out the "Did someone drop a glass of juice in my bedroom?" They got out the "What's that sticky spot??" They got out the "I don't know what the heck that is..." They even got out the stealth cat barf hidden behind the table. We're hard on our carpets. We have a big, busy household and love our pets. We keep up with it though and have them cleaned every year. They were very reliable, efficient and pleasant and did a good job of cleaning. I highly recommend them. I called on a Monday and was scheduled for Th between 9-10 am arrival to steam clean and deodorize the one flight of common stairs for a condo building. It smelled like stinky wet dog and had piles of dog hair. Other vendors had a 3-6 week wait times. I stressed I needed them there at 9 or before so that they could be done by 10:45 am to go to work. They arrived at 8:45 am (when they don't formally start until 9 am). The supervisor called me 30'min prior to say they were on their way. They finished by 10 am! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the job was really small (16 stairs 30" wide) and they had a minimum to come out. All competitors had a similar minimum. read more

We set a day and time for pickup for my area rug and a smaller, matching rug for cleaning. I'm on the South Side and I appreciate that they came by to pick up my rugs.
