I found CCG on yelp and my review is based on my overall experience working with them. From the initial phone call, to the on-site estimate, to the actual cleaning, I have nothing bad to say. The customer service was excellent. My main goal was to get my carpet cleaned, but I also asked for an estimate on new carpet installation, hardwood cleaning, and tile/grout cleaning. The men who gave me the quote were very honest... told me my tiles were fine and just needed a little mopping. They made it very clear that they would do their best with the carpet cleaning, but it wasn't going to look how I wanted because there was too much wear and tear in high traffic areas, and the previous owners/renters did NOT take care of it... so my expectations were very realistic, which may be why I am not disappointed. I had to reschedule the actual cleaning a couple of times and they were very flexible. Zach and Nico came to do the cleaning, and I have so many great things to say about Zach specifically. He walked me through the whole process step by step, showed me what he was doing for the tougher areas and why, and explained why he wouldn't be able to get it to look "as good as new". He did a great job and I felt very confident that he cared about his quality of work. I am hoping management sees my comments and gives him the recognition he deserves. It's employees like Zach that make you want to stay loyal to one company. In the end I was pretty satisfied with my cleaning. I did mention to him that the edges still looked pretty dirty, but he said something about how the dirt had gotten too deep into the fibers so there's really not much else that can be done. The only negative thing i would have to say is that because the hoses are present, it's hard to get some corners of the room where the door is, since you can't really shut the door on the hose. One thing to note is that the quote i was given did not include sanitizing, so that's something to consider if you are worried about germs. They asked me if I wanted it done at the time of the appt, and it was an extra $15/room and $1/stair which I didn't mind paying. My total was $195 for 3 bedrooms and 15 stairs, very reasonable in my opinion. I will definitely consider using carpet cleaning group again, possibly for my hardwood floor cleaning or even new carpet installation. read more

Good customer service. The response time was very quick. Zach and Nikko were very friendly and professional and did a very nice job cleaning my couch, floor rug, and accent chair. I really liked how they communicated with me during the cleaning process and also explained a bit on how to best ensure that my items would be dry after cleaning. Only think keeping me from giving a higher review was that one of the screw-on 'feet' of my couch went missing; they needed to remove them in order to properly clean the couch and I wished they would have given me a bit of a heads up that it was misplaced. A small inconvenience for me but it was something I didn't notice immediately but I was still a bit annoyed by that.
