I was appalled at how dirty the water was from the cleaning as the sofas were only 2 years old. Asked Andrew to look at carpeting that also needed cleaning to ask if he thought the stains would come out. He said he thought so. He gave me a quote on 2 large bedrooms, hallway and staircase. Before he left, I called and made an appt for them to return. I was thrilled that all the stains came out and the carpet looked brand new. I used their services this past month. They picked up 3 patterned rugs with hand knotted fringe. They said that they would return in approximately 3 week but retuned a littler earlier than that. I did a lot of research, read the reviews and checked their pricing as well as a few other companies. Carpet Cleaning was the most reasonable.They did a wonderful job; the fringe is noticeably cleaner and the colors are brighter. The rugs feel softer underfoot. I also had pads made. Vytas at Carpet Cleaning Group did an amazing job on my microfiber sectional couch. Besides hauling a massive machine up 3 flights of stairs, he came by on a Friday evening on time for a 5 o'clock appt!!!!!!!!! This was a last minute job and he was completely flexible and reasonable. Although my circuits blew (live in a vintage apt in Hyde Park), he was helpful in finding where the circuit breaker was (basement of my building) and restoring my power. I would highly recommend his services. He was friendly, accommodating, and very knowlegable. My couch looks completely new and it took just overnight to dry. The cost was significantly cheaper than all the other places that wanted to charge me astronomical prices just because I have a sectional and live on a 3rd floor walk-up. In the future I will be using CCG again and recommend my boyfriend get his carpet cleaned. I will update once I know how the carpeting service worked out. Came out yesterday and cleaned one room and a loveseat for me. I've never had a service actually show up on time...he arrived exactly at 5pm (my appointment time)- which was amazingly wonderful. He was very friendly and cosiderate, too. I could tell he wanted to do the job right, so didn't rush anything- took his time to make sure it was perfect, while not wasting my entire night as well. The timing was great, and I could tell that he cared to get the job done right. Today, everything is dry and looking great! My white carpet which had cat fur matted in it along with normal shoe/dirt stains is white again and looking better than it did when we moved in and more importantly, it's hair-free. My loveseat which was covered in cat fur also is so clean as well! Prices were great, and scheduling was quick and easy as I needed the job done ASAP. I have a large, shag, pure white rug from Turkey that had stains due to over a year of use (why I bought such a nice, WHITE, rug for a living area is my own lesson learned... but here we are!) 5 stars all the way!!! If I could give more I would. Dave and Andrew showed up on time to clean my sisters carpeting in the basement, master bedroom, and 2 flights of stairs. My sister normally had Stanley Steamers come to do the cleaning but their customer service is horrible and they do not do a good job cleaning at all. So she called CCG to try them out due to all the good reviews they have on yelp. The carpeting was in really ruff shape. My sister and her family never takes off their shoes, and she has 3 dogs that uses the carpeting as grass. So yeah it's heavily soiled with their urine. Both Dave and Andrew were very knowledgeable and very professional. Dave got the carpeting looking brand new while Andrew explained to me the best ways of removing certain spots and stains out on my own in between cleanings. I highly recommend CCG for all your needs. I was able to schedule an appointment a few days after I called when they surface cleaned one rug and two dining room chairs, and took two other rugs back to their facility for a deep cleaning. They are great about confirming the appointments and both times I got a "heads up" call about 10-15 minutes before they arrived. I had a date in mind about a week out that I wanted them to come and they were available. They gave me an hour window, and Zach and Nikko arrived right in the middle of the window. My condo has 2 white carpet (only a few years old) bedrooms, but the high traffic areas were beaten down and dirty. 2 guys showed up, on time, neatly dressed, and with protective shoe coverings on before they entered my condo (like the ones Mark Wahlberg wore in The Departed when he made the big hit). They fired up their massive steam cleaning machine (it looked like a smaller version of a zamboni) and got right to work. They spent extra time cleaning the high traffic areas, which I really appreciated. And to end it all, they gave me a great deal on the scotchgard protection. I needed some carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning done pretty quick and boy did they come through. Nico and Daives showed up the next day (albeit a little later than I expected) but they came ready to work. There were some stubborn stains on the stairs that they diligently worked hard on and some pesky water stains in the basement carpet. So far they look like they all came out along with some stains on the sofa that I was unable to get out on my own. They were friendly, personable, and covid safe. If I need more cleaning done I will certainly call them mostly because of the stick to it until it's done but also their rates were very reasonable. As a member of my self-managed condo board, I took on the task of getting our residential hallway carpets cleaned. I received a couple of quotes, and CCG was all around a better price and better customer experience. From start to finish, it was smooth and professional. Maria made scheduling simple -- and she seems to be quick to answer the phone each time I call. The team that came (Polo and Deivis) were so nice and did a really thorough job. I also appreciated that CCG does not require a water hook up -- they get the water from their truck -- which made things far easier (really not sure my building even has an otherwise accessible hookup into common area, but it's something the other company we considered required).
