These guys are the BEST!! We have used them several times in the past and we have always had great experiences. Following a recent flood in our basement all off rugs in our basement had gotten lots of water. We ended up having to leave the rugs outside in our yard to clean up the basement and they got extremely dirty. Frankly, I thought we were going to have to toss our rugs, but decided to give CCG a chance. They picked them up, brought them back a week later looking BRAND NEW. Very impressed with the service and workmanship of CCG. Scheduling was easy and flexible. We had difficulty committing to a firm date for one of our two jobs and they were very flexible to work with. We also have two stairways (8 unit condo) and they did the work on two separate days so we didn't have to inconvenience our owners and allow for drying time. And, I saved the best for last. Our carpet in the rear stairwell is 15 years old and it looks incredible. Much better than we expected. We had a nasty stain for the last four years that we had given up on. It is 95% gone. Looks great. (BTW: two other carpet cleaning services have cleaned that carpet and did nothing for the stain.) We can't recommend these guys enough. Fantastic job. I had a great experience with this company. I called and left a message on Friday at 6:00 pm and someone called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled my carpet cleaning for the following afternoon. The guys arrived on time, were very friendly and polite and did a fantastic job. My carpeting looked absolutely awful before they tackled it but they managed to get all the stains out and it looked great when they left. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I have never had such an incredible group of people, along with the best carpet and furniture cleaners. They picked up my white shag rug along with 5 small oriental carpets. One of the carpets needed the fringes repaired. They went to painstaking measures to repair the fringes, and it looks amazing. They returned our small carpets that looked stunning, as well as clean as new. They cleaned our couch and two red upholstered chairs which look brand new! Called several companies to get quotes for cleaning 2 sofas. Got the best price here. Andrew and David were prompt and got right to the job. Andrew was very thorough in the cleaning. I was appalled at how dirty the water was from the cleaning as the sofas were only 2 years old. Asked Andrew to look at carpeting that also needed cleaning to ask if he thought the stains would come out. He said he thought so. He gave me a quote on 2 large bedrooms, hallway and staircase. Before he left, I called and made an appt for them to return. I was thrilled that all the stains came out and the carpet looked brand new. I used their services this past month. They picked up 3 patterned rugs with hand knotted fringe. They said that they would return in approximately 3 week but retuned a littler earlier than that. I did a lot of research, read the reviews and checked their pricing as well as a few other companies. Carpet Cleaning was the most reasonable.They did a wonderful job; the fringe is noticeably cleaner and the colors are brighter. The rugs feel softer underfoot. I also had pads made. Chicago winters + fostering pups + two full time dogs = messy rugs. I am pretty vigilant about cleaning up any messes that may happen and have FLOR squares (seriously the best investment for anyone with pets!) but accidents are missed, salt and mud get tracked in and crap happens. I went searching for a carpet/furniture cleaning company that was reasonably priced and could come to me. Bring in Vytus and CCG. He responded to my email inquiry by calling me about a half hour after I clicked send. Answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable quote. I set up an appointment for a Saturday two weeks away. Vytus called me on Friday to verify the appointment and time, along with answering a few more questions that I had. Saturday arrived and they were on time and extremely professional. Did an amazing job on my runner, large living room carpet and loveseat. There were no hidden fees or "add-on's" suggested and about an hour later the team was packing up and I had clean carpets. SO happy I went with CCG. I have a large, shag, pure white rug from Turkey that had stains due to over a year of use (why I bought such a nice, WHITE, rug for a living area is my own lesson learned... but here we are!) CCG could not have been easier to work with (scheduled pick up and delivery of my rug based on my availability.) Price was at least 1/3 less than common competitors (Stanley Steamer for example.) I chose Carpet Cleaning Group as a result of outstanding Yelp reviews and I absolutely see why they are so highly-regarded. We have two dogs and three cats so our light-colored carpets get more than their share of wear and stains. In one room in particular, the carpet was heavily soiled and I suspected I'd need a replacement. Carpet Cleaning Group did a superb job. I can barely make out traces of the staining and overall, the carpets look better than they have in years. My initial call was answered promptly and I was called twice more -- the day before and the day of the cleaning. At all times, CCG employees were polite, respectful, and communicative about the process and the results.
