So many things to say about this company. Mostly awesome! Josh who came out to measure, show samples, and send us a quote... the bomb!! The lovely woman Jackie who would text regularly with updates and keep me posted on which flooring team was next, awesome! Both the carpet and the laminate flooring teams were always on time and worked overtime and did an absolutely beautiful job on the floors. The only bummer was that they knew our house had just been freshly painted and when the job was 100% complete there were blue splat marks on the walls (I'm assuming from a glue), some scratches I had to repaint and some of the baseboards were a different material due to curves which caused them to be tan not white like the rest. Thid is a large, clean, well structured store with a great selection of flooring products. They have water dispenser and a bathroom in case you plan on being there for a while. The sales rep who helped me was extremely nice, pleasant and patient. I had gone to a ton of flooring stores prior and he was by far the best sales associate I'd spoken to. However, I'm dropping 2 stars because their prices were higher than everyone else, the rep never reached back out to me with the 3rd quote, and their warranty wasn't as strong as other stores who had more competitive pricing. A word of advice: please do yourself a favor and get at least 3-5 quotes on a product you're interested in (make sure its the exact same product/manufacturer/color though). You'd be surprised how different the quotes can be. Also, be sure to ask about warranty as every store is different. read more

We bought a new home and immediately wanted to replace the ugly old carpet in the lower level with vinyl flooring as soon as we moved in. I contacted many flooring companies to get quotes and in the end Carpet Club provided us with the best price, so we chose them! The quote for the service included: disposal of the old flooring, floor prep & cleanup, polyfilm, and installation of the new flooring and transitions. Ian was our contact who helped us with this project. He immediately contacted me to schedule a time to measure and see the space when I initially requested a quote. He also brought samples during his consultation and invited us to go to their store showroom to see more samples that we could bring home. He was very responsive to all my questions via text and phone call, and was very understanding of the time frame we wanted the new floors to be completed by. Ian provided us with the estimated lead time after ordering the LVP flooring we chose and even let me know when it arrived early, so we could proceed to the installation earlier than expected. As a very impatient person who likes things done fast, this was music to my ears! We also had a billiards table we needed uninstalled and moved out of the way, and Ian recommended someone to us. I always appreciate it when someone is willing to help you out even with something not in their job description. I was frustrated working with big box store (multiple delays) and googled local carpet stores. Carpet Club had good reviews and was close so i dashed down. I had measurements and quotes in hand. Neil was helpful and seemed to really know the flooring biz. He gave me lots of options and didnt push me towards the most expensive. He knew timing was important to me. He called Georgia manufacturers while i was there to confirm carpet was in stock. He came out next day and took measurements; his measurements were slightly less sf than big box so my, already ordered, carpet was $180 less than his original quote. We purchased luxury vinyl plank and painted shoe moulding to be delivered and installed. The invoice was $23,000.00 The job could not have been any easier as this was a new home without any furniture. The planks are lifting. We checked with: the manufacturer, our home builder, and an independent contractor all informed us that the flooring was not installed to spec. To ad further insult, the shoe moulding was poorly painted, nails visible and left unfinished. See photos. When the lifting issue was discovered, Carpet Club would not stand by their installation. These guys were AWESOME. first of all, they answered the phone when I called. Tough to get ahold of people these days. I was in a bind, my tenant trashed my house and I needed new carpet for my guests within a few days and Josh at Carpet Club was able to go over to my home same-day, let himself in (I could tell he was trustworthy), and give me a quote, even working with me well into the evening. To understand the value we received from Carpet Club, we have to provide a bit of background. Our house was a rental unit. In one of the bedrooms, a tenant's daughter had spilled nail polish on the carpet. We replace the carpet quickly in our efforts to prepare the house for another tenant. This new carpet did not look like the original carpet. (The was done by the property management company) This past July our tenant moved out and we decided to start using the house for our family's needs. More so, we decided to renovate which included the installation of a wooden floor downstairs which would replace the existing carpet. Given the good condition of the downstairs carpet, we wanted to replace the carpet on the staircase that was strained and frayed, along with the carpet in the bedroom (mentioned above) so that it matched with the rest of house. In November of 2021, we contacted several carpet places via Yelp. Ultimately, Carpet Club was one of two places willing to engage us. The other carpet installers only wanted to work with new carpet. Neil Rose took measurements, provided a reasonable quote, and it was agreed to perform the work in mid January. As for the work, Able and his crew came at the appointed time. We discuss what could be done with the carpet salvaged. Able inspected the carpet, and we decided that the two prime pieces would be used in the bedroom and that selected "runs" of the staircase that were worn or had permanent marks would be replaced. Able was not going to use any parts of the carpet that were not up to his expectations. It took the better part of the day. The price included the removal of the existing carpet and pads in the bedroom and on the stair runs; new padding; and the installation of the carpet. Both the stairs and the carpet in the bedroom look great! We did this as a quick fix with the intent of possibly renovating the upstairs flooring in 3 to 5 years. When we get to that point, Carpet Club will be the first place we contact! read more

I had my floors done by the Carpet Club, with really beautiful wood. That was a few months ago. My floors are so terribly warped it is like walking over bumps. I have completely remodeled my home and I am so embarrassed to even have any guests see what we have done, because of the floors. My floor came with a one-year manufacturer and one-year installation warranty. FAKE - FALSE - NOT TRUE because Carpet Club will not honor the warranty stating they did nothing wrong. What's WRONG is your employees installed it incorrectly and did not take the time to do it properly. EVERYONE BEWARE !!! This company only wants your money!
