Now, after a lifetime of having wall-to-wall carpet throughout our homes, we decided to switch to a wood product flooring. The idea was a bit overwhelming, as we knew nothing about these types of floors. Kany to the rescue! He patiently walked us through the various options, price ranges, and pros and cons. When we settled on a product but were struggling to choose a color, he let us borrow a sample to see how it looked in our home. His knowledge and expertise were incredibly helpful, and he turned a potentially stressful experience into an adventure. The product arrived quickly, and the installers were wonderful. They arrived as scheduled, were careful with our furniture, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They were extremely professional, clearly knowledgeable, and very efficient. They even finished the job slightly ahead of schedule. When we noticed a slight imperfection where the boards met the existing kitchen tiles, Kany quickly arranged to have the installers return. Within a few days, they had remedied the situation. Our new floors look more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. My only complaint is that we didn't do this sooner! They also offer binding of carpet so you can create custom area rugs. Shawn was extremely informative about products. We wanted a new floor and new baseboards throughout, and updated fireplace surrounds. The laminate floor, baseboard, and retile of fireplaces quote was competitive. The demo, prep and work was concluded in 4 days. The workers were communicative, thorough, and artists, and kept the work environment tidy. We are extremely pleased with the work and results. He made the process easy and stress-free from start to finish. The three-person install team was outstanding! I went into their showroom the next morning and was greeted by Steve, who spent a very productive and informative time with me. I enjoyed the personalized, yet professional attention. Together we found three carpet " candidates." Unfortunately for this business, we decided to put in wood to match our other flooring instead. They were unable to match this particular ( and older) wood product. So here I am, so impressed with the local family who owns and runs this business , with their showroom, and most of all their sales staff, that I can confidently recommend them even though I did not purchase a product from them! We had our entire home carpeted and LVPed with Action Carpet a few years ago. They were amazing to work with and their installers did a beautiful job. A while back part of our LVP flooring failed. This was no fault of Action Carpet and was a problem of the manufacturer. The owner of Action Carpet was so wonderful in dealing with our issue. He liaison with manufacturer and was able to provide a us with a upgraded flooring that is just beautiful! This made a lot of extra work for him on his end of things but he made it seamless for us and the installers once again did a beautiful job on the install. I went inside and was helped by a gentleman. He was very informative and helped me find a nice laminate. I was able to take a couple samples home to confirm color. The installer did a really amazing job. I had a very bad install of lvp before this and was nervous but his cuts are great. All around the doors, fireplace, cabinets, the cut is perfect. Wanted to replace our old carpeted bedroom floors with wood laminate. After getting a couple of quotes, we decided on Action. While not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but all services were included. They took out the old carpeting, moved all of the bedroom furniture around, and completed all 3 bedrooms in a day. This included working around a queen sized Sleep Number bed. While we had a few things to clean up afterward, it was an overall no hassle experience. Best customer service ever! We had plank floors installed in 2019 and love them. I called last month, 3 years later, because a couple pieces had shifted over time and I noticed a small gap between two planks. Kenny, the owner, assured me it was just cosmetic and no problem, but he arranged for his guys to come out anyways. They were able to fix it very quickly and did not even charge for the house call. Our original choice of LVP ended up being backordered but the team at action carpet gave us some great alternatives and we are happy with the choice. Our floors look great! I just completed work in our main home and was not super stoked on the customer service I received from another North County flooring biz, so I was calling around to find a specific product and possibly hire another company to install our additional apartment. Not 2 hours late, I received a call from Action and they said they'd found my product and had pulled a few more that were similar. However the last time which was about 18 months ago and we have had them come on last July to re-stretched two rooms. No Problem. Two months ago we called to have carpet stretched again and after 3 phone call and a trip to the showroom they still haven't call back.
