We needed the carpets cleaned anyway, but I was shocked and amazed Kris got that stain out. He made our old carpets look fresh and clean. (Yes, we'd like to replace them but it's not in the cards for a while.) Kris also has a positive, empathetic attitude, but if you're a work from home, he'll let you be. Finally another value this company provides is that the extraction he does gets the water/cleaning solution back out of the carpet much more thoroughly than other companies we've hired in the past; this means that the carpet dries in a much more reasonable time--within hours to maybe a day.
