I have a very large sectional couch that has been trampled on by my dogs all winter, rain, mud ect. I had originally booked a steam clean, not realizing that wasn't enough, and said that he could do that, but with the amount of mud and Dog fur embedded into my fabric, I needed a deep clean which included solution and more scrubbing.
