Once dry, the following day, Moises and Manuel came back to clean the carpets in our living room, dining room, stairway and two bedrooms upstairs. He insisted it was due to sealant, which my tiles have never been sealed. Jonathan, supposedly the tech manager, called and insisted i should hire them again but pay for the more expensive cleaning service. I told him that's what Alex was supposed to do, but no scrubbing was ever done. I sent video and photos before and after per Stephanie's (reception/front office) request. Alex was irate and wouldn't leave unless i paid him cash the minimum quote for steam cleaning, so i did. Stephanie said she'll send me a receipt later and report the issue. Now, i get a text stating that their "steam clean" service has no guarantee so I'm not eligible for a redo. I told them repeatedly, i don't need a steam clean because i have my own steam cleaner and needed something more aggressive, hence why i hired them. Never hire these guys.
