We scheduled carpet cleaning for Friday July 31st, 2026 within 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. We cleared the rooms for them to work with no problems. We waited for hours and at 4:00 pm we called and the lady said " No they cannot work in your house today so we rescheduled you for next Thursday August 6th, 2026. They never called us to say anything about this change. I told the lady that if they cannot schedule us for Saturday August 1st, then we will cancel and look for "reliable company". She immediately gave us a new date of Saturday August 1st between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm which we accepted. Again we waited and nobody came until we called again and a guy, this time, said he didn't have anything in the computer for us and that we were schedule for August 6th, 2026. Carpet and upholstery cleaning were just ok. Although I kept using them, when I think back their cleaning wasn't much better than just satisfactory. Very poor customer service from the appointment booker(s)!! This has been an ongoing issue and the last time I called to try to book an appointment I decided, Never Again! I am done with them! We have been very good customers for the last few years and they do not seem to care about keeping us as customers. I called to book an appointment and the person taking the call wasn't able to give us an appointment for over 2 weeks. I said wow that's a long time we can usually get an appointment within a week. She didn't seem to care about our needs and did not offer any options or alternatives or offer to put us on a cancellation list or anything! When I said I guess you don't really care about keeping us as customers she didn't say anything. I encountered this before when making appointments, but dismissed it time and time again. Now I'm fed up and don't want to give them our business anymore. They need to teach their appointment bookers how to properly speak with customers and make them feel valued. I just had Zero Rez come out to clean my carpets and bathroom tile and it was a horrible experience. The website says there is a three-step process but they do not follow it. My family had to move our own furniture so the carpets could be cleaned underneath. I had to re-clean the tile with my steam mop and the pad was black. When they cleaned the bathtub shower tile they left the tub disgusting. They left brown drips all over the carpet which made it sticky and crunchy everywhere; I took a damp towel, barely rubbed and the towel became dark brown. DISGUSTING! When I called them back they gave attitude as they sent someone out to re-look at SOME of it and the technician called my family and carpets disgusting. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR! All of this commotion resulted in me having to take two more days off of work. The carpets are still NOT clean. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! read more

With 5 children, our 22-year-old carpet has had a lot of wear and too many stains to count. About 10 years ago, a standard carpet cleaning service barely made a difference. I was also disgusted with all the additional charges added on for pre-treating. So, we just gave up trying to keep the carpet clean except for vacuuming. Last year with our first grand-child crawling, we HAD to clean the carpet more thoroughly. I tried Zerorez. I could not believe how clean the one time Zerorez treatment got our old, filty carpet. The color looked almost new. All of the stains except one near the door seemed to totally disappear. The young man who did the cleaning wroked very hard and was incredibly thorough. The carpet was almost dry when he left and was soft and had no lingering odors. Best of all, there were no additional charges. The stated offer for three rooms included all the pre-treatment - and there was a lot. Over the year, about a dozen of the worst stains have re-appeared. I guess the stain from the carpet pad slowly seeps up through the carpet again.Since our grand-daughter is now walking and will be visiting again, I have already scheduled Zerorez to come back this next weekend and look forward to a beautiful clean and soft carpet again for the holiday season. read more

They don't use chemicals! I know a reviewer wrote that they had dumped a chemically smelling bucket but that was fully explained to me ahead of time by my guy and it's not chemicals, it's the alkaline water getting mixed and it's the acid water and it's completely chemical free! I have used them twice now and was very very pleased with Jose, my guy today and the communication level, friendliness, and knowledge about the product and professionalism. I used Zerorez in my high rise condo. They had to use the portable model of their machine and they said it doesn't clean as well as the truck-mounted model. For the most part, the carpets were very clean and the best part was the lack of residue that appears with lesser services. There were some difficult spots that did not come out in the first shot but they have excellent customer service and came out a second time and got the carpet as clean as possible. They even gave us a free bottle of their spot cleaner which is the best I've ever used and my girl friend swears by it. Great on pet stains. read more

Thank god we have choices of non-toxic cleaning companies these days. Stay away from this one. Last year they came to my home twice, did a very poor job and messed up my carpet. I invited the manager who acknowledged the poor quality of work. According to him, there is only one person in entire company who is qualified and I should request only him. Which I did, only to get cancelled 15 minutes before the arrival time. They do it a lot. No explanations, and the next availability of the ONLY qualified employee is in a month. They hire guys in their early 20s, give them very poor training and then make them work for 12-14 hours a day. The last guy who came to us was in such state of exhaustion, I offered him a chair, glass of water and some rest, which he gladly accepted. None of those guys last - either they are so overworked they quit, or let go because of too many complains. I am so disgusted that for the first time in my life I am going to call The Better BB. Had the company come in and clean a teenager's bedroom carpet -- stains which had been sitting a couple of years at least. There was dirt, grime and unspeakable filth on the floor. Next thing I knew the stains were mostly gone and considering how old the stains were, it was remarkable. Then they came into my bedroom and got everything out but old cigarette burns but left my carpet very clean. I was very happy with the results. People cosider me the super clean lady, and my husband always says that i clean the clean. I clean my carpet with my hoover steamer twice a month but i like to call a company to shampoo the carpet twice a year to deep clean it, i mean deep inside. I usually call the steamer company, but this time i decided to call this company after i kept seeing their ad. in the magazine i receive each month, and there promises of green way without chemicals and that the carpet just dry after two hours, and their good deal on the ad. The man who came was friendly, but the problem, i didnt get any if their promises, first of all they charged me a $100 more than i used to pay the other steamer company; i used to pay $140, they charged me $240, but i agreed to see the difference, then while the man cleaning upstairs i turned the microwave on to heat some milk for my son, all the sudden it went off, i thought the microwave broke, after the man finished his work and paid for him went upstairs, i couldnt turn on any single light, then i recognized that when the man was using his machine and i turned on the microwave all the electricity went off, i went outside to see the electrical box, i couldnt do anything, i waited until night for my husband to check, isnt be more professional and polite to speak and say a problem happened in the electricity. One more thing, i am writing my review after 20 hours of the job got finished and the carpet still wet, when i used the steamer company, after max four hours the carpet is dry. Dont waste your money and call them, with the money you pay them you can buy the best steamer machine and get the same result with some little effort from you, which i always do. They do a great job cleaning carpets but scheduling an appointment is so difficult that I wonder if it is worth it. I waited on the phone for 10 minutes, then was transferred to someone else, waited another 5 minutes on hold and then gave my information so that someone could get back to me to schedule an appointment! For that, I could've just entered my info on-line for a call back and saved myself 15 minutes. Plus, I chose to call the number and sit on hold (rather than the call-back option) because I am often busy and can't be interrupted. Very frustrating. I have a 3 story townhouse and just finished remodeling the top floor including new carpeting. It was time to clean the carpet on the stairways and 2nd floor which is about 5-6 years old. I didn't want any soap or chemicals, just clean & fluffy again like the new carpeting upstairs. Rashad was my service technician. He called ahead of our appointment time and arrived right on time. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He was in and out in less than 2 hours and my carpeting looks LIKE NEW. There was one really grungy area where I sit and eat dinner and watch TV (hey, I'm a guy). I was worried that it might not come clean, but it came out beautifully. The charge was exactly as quoted. As he was leaving, I asked him to look at my garage floor. I have a RaceDeck colored plastic tiled floor and it gets very dirty with the cars in and out as well as grease, oil, etc. I always have to work on my hands & knees to get it clean and it's NOT FUN. Rashad was happy to do a test area to show me if their machine could clean it. The test area came out (wait for it) LIKE NEW, so I will definitely be having him back to do the garage. This has been a VERY pleasant experience and I can definitely recommend Rashad and Zerorez for all your floor cleaning needs. read more

i tried zerorez upon recommendation from bucklees carpets in arcadia , (the absolute best-35 yr. cust.) i had dennis s, as the tech, that came out, for me, he did a great job, beyond my expectations, this was the first time my new carpet had been cleaned, that's why I chose zerorez, looks like brand new, I have older carpet up the stairs that will be replaced and that came out beautifully, that I called after he left to have the rest of upstairs done, I had the 2 room special done, when I called the same day I was informed that there is a 3 room sp. for the same price, had I known that I would have had another room done while he was there and the rest as well, but I would definitely recommend! read more
