Called me the day before to confirm the time. Erroyl and Bob showed up on time and begun inspecting the vents and duct work. They soon realized that my ducts were clean already. We walked the house together and the took pictures of each vent and showed me the inside. Very clean! They looked at my HVAC unit and that was clean too! They then inspected the dry vent and....clean! They were very thorough and explained everything as they went along. I appreciate them taking the time to look in all vents and explain what they saw. Both men were very professional throughout the appointment. Even though I did not end up needed the service I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
