My experience with Carpet Now couldn't have been easier or better. Late on a Thursday night, I booked an appointment for 10am the next morning with Robert. He called at 9 to confirm the appointment and arrived at my house right at 10. We went through the house, and discussed what I'd be using various rooms for and what I was looking for in the carpeting (I had not moved in yet). Based on our discussion, he went to his van and came out with a selection of samples at a range of price points. He gave me plenty of time to decide and test it out in different rooms with different lighting; didn't try to push most expensive or up-sell. I ordered that day and was able to schedule for the exact instillation date I wanted. He also ordered samples and brought them to me, which was very helpful in picking out paint colors. A couple of days before installation, Robert called to confirm. I also got an email reminder. I was also given a heads up that morning when they were en route. The two carpet installers arrived right at 8am and got straight to work. I was there for about 10 or 15 minutes to let them in and show them where I wanted each type of carpet placed. Robert also stopped by later that morning, and texted me when they were finishing up. I stopped by to check it out before they left, and it looked perfect. They also did a great job cleaning up. All-in-all, I only needed to spend a couple of hours total thinking about my carpets and am totally satisfied with how it turned out. He is kind, professional and not at all pushy. And I truly appreciate all of the communication that I received from the first phone call to completion.
