I wanted to replace our carpet and got quotes from Home Depot and Nadine flooring. I came to find out that there are only three manufacturers of carpet and the one I wanted at Home Depot was the same at Nadine. They were lower in price and didn't charge to move furniture. Ali, our salesperson was patient with answering questions and guiding us. He measured quickly. The crew was fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job. I have my Engineered Hard Wood floors from Frisco location and got an excellent service crew to install them many years ago. We were completely satisfied with the installation and there is no question about it. Unfortunately, as years are passing by, I see discoloration at the joints everywhere. I recently reached them, and Kevin was so courteous to arrange inspection of the floors for warranty claim. After couple of weeks of waiting, we received a call from Kevin and told us that the manufacturer had rejected our claim as it was site related issue. We have a small Labradoodle, very well maintained and trained. He never had any accidents in the house except at potty training days and we had carpet at that point of time. Also, we never had water leakages in the house. We always used. cleaning liquid BONA for cleaning once in couple of months. The floors look ugly especially at an angle. Due to the ice storm in February and the Spring monsoons, the carpet in my bedroom needed to be replaced. I wanted to match the hardwood in the bedroom with the rest of my house. Unfortunately the Shaw flooring that was in the rest of the house was not in production anymore. After months of searching, we happened to walk into Nadine's. Ali was our salesman and he was so professional and helpful. He found an engineered hardwood that matched almost exactly what we had in our house. Installation was done professionally and courteously. Diego and his crew were extremely polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. I highly recommend Nadine's. I would not recommend Nadine's Floor to anyone. They replaced carpet in 2 rooms of a rental house. They were unprofessional, did not communicate well, and required me to call them and their installer to schedule the job. I asked for an invoice 2 times before I received one. My tenant complained the installer was rude to her. I asked for a receipt when the job was completed and still have not received one. This was my first and last time using Nadine's Floor. ***UPDATE*** Nadine Floor called after I posted this review. They listened to my feedback and are willing to fix the issue. I'm going to give them 3 stars for trying to resolve the issues. I've asked them to provide an estimate for my the master bedroom. Will update this review after work is completed. read more

To start this review... I want to clarify that I am not rating them on the carpet not showing up and them having to reschedule 3 times... this is a review on their store and the control they actually have. From the very start, dealing with Nadine's was frustrating to say the very least. I was "lucky enough" to get Adam as my salesman. He unfortunately has never been taught that when a customer calls or text, it is good manners to return the calls. All communication was always initiated by me, and often times those communications were ignored. Due to the carpet not showing up, I was reaching out often for updates. On one of the Saturday's it was supposed to be installed I called that morning (as Adam didn't respond) to what time will you all be putting the carpet down? It hadn't even shipped yet. Communication? I drove back over to look at some other "in stock" carpet and talked with the manager Curtis. I think he promotes the no call policy as I called him several times, waited hours for the "I will call you right back" to having to call again. That was several times. He has no place in customer service. Hopefully the owner wakes up to the problems there. They certainly won't be getting any more business from the few that have used them that I know of, and planned to again, nor any more of mine. Reviews speak volumes. There is another carpet place called CeCe's that I wished I had gone with. They just couldn't install quick enough. Lesson learned. The billing was never correct either. When the carpet finally arrived, Kennedy called for a 50% deposit. The amount he had was an estimated amount from when I first went there. The actual amount was about 1700 less. After the carpet was put down (they did ok, although caught one of the closets they were not going to put down the better pad that I paid for in as it was harder to get to) they gave me a paper to sign with the same 6k on it and a place to put my credit card info and sign it. I wrote a check for the amount owed. Wasn't giving my credit card to several guys that were here that I didn't know, and for a wrong amount, 1 star is all they deserve unfortunately. read more

Had kitchen remodeled through this company. They did a great job on my flooring over the past 8 years so I thought they would do a good job on remodeling. After a very challenging renovation, I started to have issues with my new island sink leaking and the disposal button stopped working. I had my plumber replace the disposal button. Nadines said I had a 2 year warranty so they would come out to fix the leak. They replaced the sink without checking to see what was causing the leak. This is a brand new island relocated from its original position. After the sink was replaced, the leaking continued. They had someone come back out to replace a gasket and the disposal. The plumber showed me a disposal that was taken out. After this was done, my disposal button no longer worked. I had my own plumber come out to do the repairs correctly. He said the disposal was several years old. Also, the electrical part of the disposal was bad and it caused the disposal button to go bad (It was brand new). I just had to pay another $120 for the installation of the button so I paid $240 total for 2 of them. So horribly unsatisfied with what they have done. They tell me the work is warrantied but only respond when a bad review is submitted. A warranty only does so much if they back up the service that is provided with a real solution. read more

A good friend recommended Nadine Flooring because of the good experience she had. My experience was the opposite. I am highly dissatisfied with Nadine Flooring-Plano. A design specialist from Nadine (I will not state his name) came out to my home to take measurements for repair/remodeling project. He informed me that he will send a final estimate for repair cost and still after two weeks no estimate. I continue to call the store for an update and everyone I speak to make excuses. I finally spoke with the design guy and he promised he will email the estimate the next day. Well he was dishonest.....he still hasn't sent me the estimate. Very poor customer service. We were so impressed with Rania that we decided to take Nadine's service for updating our bathrooms as well. Rania is very friendly, patient and has good feedback on design choices. I wanted to replace my carpet since the carpet hasn't been replaced since i bought my home in 2012. I picked out carpet for my living room and bedroom. It was an earthy tone color. It is beautiful. Has really improved the look and feel of my home. James was very helpful in helping me select a proper stain resistant carpet that even resist the spills of bleach. Which is perfect for me since I am the mom of a very active 4 year old. Kay was also pleasant. She was the person who called and set up my installation. Only problem was the installers came 1 day early. But for good reason, they said that my actual installation date was going to be a rainy day. James says they don't have what I need. The 1star is for the gentleman that tried to get James to help me. Reluctantly, James walks me over to where the 1st guy told him to. He talks to me flippantly, he just doesn't care, he seems like he's been on his feet and dealing with humanity for 48 hours straight and I'm the last straw. I left without getting what I need because he says that it must be cash and must be returned today. He seems glad that he's done with me. I might need it but I definitely need to find another place to get it. Thanks for making me feel unimportant James. Maybe it's because you don't get commission for a $30 sale. Ugh. We are having problems with our Mohawk Smart Strand Frieze carpet that was installed by Nadine Floors as now it is showing rolls and major wrinkles in all the rooms. A representative from Mohawk came out to our home to evaluate the problem. Her report stated that the carpet was not stretched properly when it was installed. I have contacted Nadine floors in order for someone to come out to look and let us know what they plan to do to resolve the problem. No one from Nadine has followed through with my request. Some of the rolls are getting worse and someone could trip and fall if not careful. I am so disappointed in Nadine's service as the carpet needs to be properly stretched. It is a good carpet and otherwise in good condition. No problems with the backing. read more

We did house remodeling work with Nadine floor. The scope of the work included subfloor, walls, bathroom remodel, hardwood floor, and painting the house. It took 2+ months to remodel everything. The final product is extremely satisfied. Bathroom remodeling, fireplace work, and hardwood floor work got carried out flawlessly. All the team members who worked at our house had great skills and workmanship. Lot of hard work went in hand scraped hardwood. We received a lot of compliments on the hardwood and bathroom. Kennedy was overall in charge of the project. He is very timely in his responses and takes prompt actions. Rania was always available by phone, email or text. Nadines just finished installing 2000+ sq/ft of manufactured hard wood flooring in my home. I am extremely happy with the work they did. This was not an easy install because my wife, 2 small kids, 2 dachshunds and I were living in the house while the work was being done. They were extremely accommodating. Christian and his team worked around us, moved furniture (and took it apart, and put together as soon as possible so we could sleep in our bedroom), and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. They thoroughly cleaned up every day. There was dust, but there is no way to eliminate all of it because they removed a bunch of tile and existing hardwood. When the job took longer than they expected (not their fault, they had to work around a previous contractors mistakes), they worked all day Saturday and even offered to work Easter Sunday to finish by the promised deadline ( I wouldn't let them). Their workmanship is really amazing. They took pride in it and it shows. I also noticed there was very little wasted wood. I actually have 6 boxes of wood left so the floors will actually cost less than I expected. I have had hardwood installed in my 2 previous homes and it did not turn out nearly as good. I highly recommend Nadines and especially Christian and his crew. Curtis was my sales person and he was extremely friendly and very easy to work with. He made a lot of promises during the sales process and the installers came through on all of them. As you can tell, I am beyond happy. read more

I have used Nadine's Floor to re model 4 bathrooms, in two different houses. My initial contact is Rania Okasheh, who helped me with the design process, choosing tile and placing my order. She is great to work with and knows her business. Walter Delgado has installed the tile in the last 3 bathrooms. He is wonderful. All of the sub-contractors are very nice, they clean up after themselves at the end of the day and keep me informed during every step of the process. We had granite countertops and backsplash installed. The countertops had to be redone because they were uneven and the backsplash took three days to install and it still has to be reworked. They claim to have professional installers but it seemed like they were very new and required us to inspect their work and ask for adjustments. I would not recommend for kitchen remodeling read more

My experience was just okay. My floors are beautiful and I was happy with the installers, they were polite, timely and did great with installation. My salesperson was not friendly or communicative. There were several problems with my invoices which included deletion of services. I had to bring the corrections to the attention of my salesperson otherwise I was going be overcharged. He didn't seem to care whether we were happy with the service or not. We received a generic Thank You postcard that had a salutation line of Sincerely that wasn't even signed. There are tons and tons of flooring companies in Dallas Fort Worth and when you're spending over $10k on flooring you should be very happy with every aspect of your service which is why I wouldn't recommend them to friends/family read more

Nadine installed granite counters, laminate flooring, tile flooring and carpet. They did a great job and the price was very competitive. I was very pleased with the low pressure sales approach and their professional manner. The installers were great and the schedulers were very accommodating. I'm giving them 1-star based on warranty, not on their work. (Although they are way over priced as they sub-contract all of their work so you pay much more). My problem with them is that they sub-contracted a plumbing company to remove a bathtub in preparation for a new shower stall they were installing for us. The plumber they contracted didn't cap the cold water line properly and so after the new shower stall was installed (they did a beautiful job), the cap blew and water was leaking BIG TIME under my slab. When I looked at the water meter in my yard the needle was flying around and around. I called Nadine and at first they were like, "no problem, the warranty will cover the repair". The problem was the install was complete so to locate the leak they would have to break the tiles, fix the leak and re-tile OR dig a huge tunnel from outside my house so the plumber could crawl under there and fix it. Both options were expensive and Nadine didn't want to pay for either option. I pleaded with them to take care of it but they just flat out refused and told me I'd have to deal with THEIR contracted plumbing company directly and that they were NOT RESPONSIBLE. I had no choice but to get my own plumber (we went with the tunnel option) and he charged me only $1100.00 to fix. Nadine refused to reimburse me the $1100.00 for the repair. Pretty disappointing considering my wife and I spent $30,000.00 with Nadine Floors. I could sue in small claims court but like most people, I'm too damn busy with other higher priorities. I guess that's what Nadine is banking on. Bottom Line: They do good work (at a high price) but if you expect them to warranty their work, you'd better think again. read more

We used Nadine to tile and install wood floors in a house we just bought, but had not moved in yet. The sales woman, Rania, was extremely helpful, and honest and helped us decide on what to do and choose. In the end, we floored the entire downstairs (about 3,300 sq ft). They also replaced the tile around the fireplace, in the wet bar, and backsplash in the kitchen.There were two floor crews that came out on separate occasions to tear-out and then install tile and wood. Tile came out great, but the wood floor had a problem. We got several Nadine managers to come out right away and take a look. A representative from the wood floor manufacture also joined us. We all agreed that something was wrong with the floor. I believe that it was a manufacturer defect because some of unused pieces also showed the problem. We were not going to move in until the house was ready (making matters worse it was Christmas time). The factory rep took a piece for lab tests and said he would get back to us in 5 weeks. Nadine knew we wanted to have Christmas in our new house, so they replaced the entire wood floor themselves before hearing back from the factory. I don't know if they we ever reimbursed by the factory or not, but they took care of us without any struggle and got us into our new house on time. A good company does a good job.
