The carpets look SO much better -- I had some high-traffic spots I thought were permanent, but he got them looking fresh again. Everything dried quickly and there was no strong chemical smell, which I really appreciated. You can tell Brad takes pride in his work and actually cares about doing a good job, which is rare these days. I'll definitely be calling him again next time I need a refresh and will happily recommend him to friends and family.

I hired Out of Sight to clean the carpets of a commercial building I am moving into. I didn't hire Out of Sight because they had the lowest quoted price (which they did) but just because they seemed like nice people and assured me their equipment was up to the job as I described it. It took a couple hours and BOOM the carpet looks almost brand new! The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of carpet, but 95% of all stains were just GONE! I can't speak to their overall cleaning skills, but when it comes to well-used commercial style carpets, I would HIGHLY recommend Out of Sight Cleaning to do the job correctly and with great results!! He even gave me a free carpet spotter and since I have a puppy, instructed me the right way to spot clean!
