I had my dryer duct cleaned a few days ago. Josh was amazing and very resourceful. I told him he was smart, but he liked the word resourceful instead. LOL:) I have a stack up washer and dryer unit in a very small upstairs closet. (The builders made the closet space too small) It was very difficult to move this one piece - double appliance out of the closet. Also, my dryer wasn't working. I just had the Duct Cleaning Pros out today to service my dryer duct. They were on time, and went straight to work. I recommend them very highly. They did a great job and went the extra mile to make sure my vent was truly cleaned out. Please don't hesitate in getting this done. Your dryer will run more efficiently and will lower your risk for a fire. Also, don't assume your piping runs straight up and out through the roof and a blast from the leaf blower is going to do the trick. Although my dryer is on an outside wall, the piping went up through the ceiling then horizontal in the attic, then angled along the roof line and out. Not surprisingly, most the the accumulated lint collected along the horizontal run in the attic. They had to disconnect the piping in the attic and scoop out handfuls of lint in order to continue cleaning the entire vent. Long story short, excellent work and they were quick, even with having to get into the attic and it's nice knowing everything is as it should be. Well done! read more

Overall very happy working with this business. Contacted them via website for an estimate. They were quick to respond and answer any questions about the process and business. They operate with a rotating brush and vacuum hose sucking everything up as it moves through the vents. Do note there is a small fee for disposing the HEPA filter. Able to schedule the work via email, which was very convenient. Was told that they were running a bit late. But arrived and was professional and accommodating in terms of COVID and show policy. Gave everything a quick check to make sure he wouldn't damage the vents and that there was enough dust/debris to justify the work. It's obviously very loud and he did his best to work around us. He also made sure everything was covered to prevent debris from getting on furniture and did an excellent job cleaning up any mess from the cleaning process. Provided a lot of friendly information for any future work we might have and how to make our systems more efficient. Out promptly, which was a huge factor so the kids could take their nap.
