They have 5 minutes per room. They don't even use that. They're in and out so quickly I'm surprised anything is cleaned. I've never had a problem before and I've used Stanley steamer, but I will not in the future, I read on the web site for the 1st time, which is my fault I never did before, they allow 5 minutes per room and they don't steam they use hot water. They don't guarantee that the extra deodorizer you purchase is going to work. I once believed in Stanley steamer, but I will never utilize them again.
