We had just stopped in another carpet store prior to Carpets To Go. We weren't happy with the other store and tried Carpets To Go.. WHAT A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE in customer service, selection, friendly, attentiveness to our needs and, again, caring customer service. We were treated with respect. We initially met with Elanie. Then we met Glenn. Immediately we felt as if he was an old friend. We felt like family with them. He showed us a carpet that exactly met our needs. We purchased stair runners and an additional runner. Installation was prompt! An hour after it was installed, we wanted to purchase additional runners. We spoke with Glenn and he made it happen (this was a remnant and there was not much material left)!!! We will definitely choose them again as we plan to carpet our downstairs. Cannot say enough about Glenn and his team. From the moment I walked thru the door knew I was in the right place. I had experienced a fire in my apartment and needed to get something fast and reasonable. Was not one of their large sales but you would never know it - the customer service level was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced.
