[[HIGHLIGHT]]Even though it was a weekday morning and there were still a few parking spots available, the place was already busy with customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The greenhouse was filled with beautiful hanging flower baskets everywhere, creating such a colorful and cheerful atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Most of the baskets were priced around $35-$45, and of course I ended up finding one I absolutely loved and bought it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I also picked up some locally harvested honey while I was there. Before leaving, I made sure not to forget the organic seeds I originally came for: zucchini mix, mixed salad greens, sprout mix, and herb mix. My family and I have purchased fresh fruits and vegetables at this store over the past few years and have enjoyed the organic produce foods very much. We like to get freshly picked apples, blueberries, strawberries, jalapeños, cucumbers, peaches, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and corn. In the Summer time, the store has freshly made Mango Peach Salsa and Tortilla Chips that we regularly get as well. The plants and soil are reasonably priced at this store location, so we like visiting this store for those reasons. read more

This is a great nursery to visit for flowers, houseplants, and even Christmas trees. They have a hatch chile toast every year and a bulk veggie and fruit sale in the fall. I still avoid the plant starts in the spring since I learned they soak their seeds in antifungal, but they're a great resource for everything else. The staff is always friendly, too. Every year I get charged for items that don't make it into my cart because they are HURRYING too much, and every year I have to train myself to check up on them before handing over my hard earned money. I know they get swamped, but maybe it's time to find space for some more registers and staff. The main reason I go there now is for the huge heads of lettuce and cauliflower. They're getting less and less worth my time. Yesterday, I went for the first time this season. They overcharged me (or mismarked the plants on the racks) and they charged me for things that didn't make it into my cart. The old double whammy. As they get more expensive, they get less worthwhile. read more

Every transaction has been flawless, from ordering and scheduling deliveries online to drivers that call 20 minutes before showing up and work with me to safely drop loads in difficult places. I love shopping at Carpanity Brothers and I do frequently during the late spring. But on more than one occasion I've been overcharged. For example on June 14th, 2025, there is a sale on all the majority if not all plants. I picked 8 plats all listed at $1.88 each, 7 of the 4-inch pots, and one walla walla bunch onion. I go to the counter and tell the young cashier I have 8 items at a listed price of $1.88 each. She wanted to check every one of them, that's fine. However she charged 3 of them at $2.39 each without telling me that they were not $1.88 each, but of course, they were, it's a sale day and the signs when I picked them up displayed $1.88 each. So either someone mislabeled them, or they didn't update the POS system, or the young cashier made a mistake. At the very least I should have been informed that hey these show up as $2.39, not $1.88 as I mentioned when I pulled up at check out. It wasn't even very busy, there was no one waiting in line behind me. Please do better, and I will continue to come back year after your. Would it be fair to me to drive all the way back there for this, I don't think so. read more

Year after year, this spot continues to be our go-to place for Christmas trees. Carpinito Bros has been putting in effort to make this a family holiday destination, especially these past few years. They've added a few photo areas, some live animals (not a petting zoo, but they have goats and a camel or two), and offer free warm apple cider. Parking seems to be limited to about 15 cars at most, so perhaps that's why there isn't more effort to keep customers around longer than ~30 minutes. This location is where they store their bulk topsoil and gravel, which has a bit of a barnyard odor and isn't necessarily the most pleasant surrounding landscape when picturing a Christmas tree lot destination. However, you quickly forget about it when you start walking through the aisles of fresh-cut trees, organized by type and height. The process for purchasing a tree is similar to most tree lots. You walk around, pick out your perfect tree, find someone who works there, and make sure someone in your group stands guard next to the tree while you wait for the lot-worker to return (gotta make sure no one else gets ideas about your prize tree!!! Haha!). The worker will come, get the tree, ask where you want it cut, then give you the price tag to go inside to pay for the tree. Once you pay and show the worker your receipt, they'll load the tree onto your car for you. Over the years, we've had varying levels of helpful workers--some go above and beyond, while others seem all business or in a rush--but in both cases, they do the job well. While inside the shop paying for the tree, I love picking up some decor for inside the house and shopping for fresh veggies. They sell fresh wreaths and table arrangements and have a whole room full of just poinsettias! Farm-fresh veggies appear to be available in this space (their Farm Stand/Retail Store) year-round. We stocked up on Brussels sprouts, baking potatoes, and squash. I'll admit I continue to look for a unicorn of a Christmas tree lot destination that is truly an experience--somewhere you could spend a couple of hours and look forward to all week or month leading up to your visit. I envision a blend of a casual Christmas market and tree lot all in one--similar to what a few pumpkin patches are starting to do up north with their fall festivals, complete with beer gardens and haunted houses and/or corn mazes. Still, Carpinito Bros beats the competition in the radius I'm willing to drive for our tree! And for that, I give it a solid 4 stars! read more

This place has something for every season. You can get a beautiful Christmas tree here and then look forward to their flower baskets and nursery items in the spring. If you're doing a yard project and need bark, you can pick it up or have it hauled to your residence. Plenty of parking and friendly staff, who answer questions and help you make the best choices. For the Gardner, there are always some great flower baskets with all the supplies you will need. Their selection of fresh produce is outstanding, especially their sweetcorn. In the fall their pumpkin patch is a great family activity and you can pick up a pumpkin or two and some snacks. Great business! read more

If you live in the south sound, run don't walk to this produce stand. It really isnt' a stand in the truest sense of the word but is amazing. Not only do they have a wonderful selection of veggies, less fruit, but it's so much fresher and less expensive than the super market. They also have plants for sale, hanging baskets and veggie plants. The produce is sold June through December and if you go to their web site you can find a spread sheet of what produce they have and when. I love this place but what is really lame is that week I came and bought 12 yards of compost and another 8 yards of soil and every time I came in to get 4 yards, I'd have to park my truck, walk inside, stand in line, and then pay. It added almost 20 minutes to my trip that day to pick up material. After 5 trips, this amounted to over an 1 1/2 hours sitting in line just to pay for material that day. I love the employees here, they're the best part of this business. But they way this business operates is terribly inefficient for their customers. Come on management figure out a better solution here. This process is broken and needs fixing. How come the guy in the loader can't carry a card scanner and process the transactions out in the yard. Your teams process for this is the same one you've been using for ever and it sucks. Step your game up and start venturing into the business of customer service and experience. read more

This place is a gem. They did a great job turning this place into a carnival type place for kids. My daughter and I went to the farm animal area first. They have all kinds of animals roosters to donkeys and pigs, to even camels and llamas. The best part of the farm area was the play area where kids can play in heaps of corn. We then went over to the pumpkin patch area. Didn't purchase entry for the pumpkin patch but bought stuff from their market and also a corn on the cob. Fun place to go to with your kids. Great produce, beautiful flowers, and awesome prices. I normally come here for organic soil, new flowers to plant, pots, berry bushes, and some produce. During my most recent visit, I came to see what their inventory had. They had the most gorgeous tulips potted. Assorted colors, only yellow, only white, or only orange. They were $6/each. The primroses were very colorful and healthy as well. A very easy starter plant for a new green thumb. Everything is beautiful quality and well kept. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Carpinito has just about everything you'll need. Don't forget they sell Christmas trees and have their pumpkin patch going on during the fall. For fall they had so many pumpkins. Now they have so many cute Christmas trees, wreaths, Christmas plants, anything you can think of. They also sell really good kettle corn. Love love love coming here it is now a yearly tradition. The corn maze is fun and usually you have to mazes to choose from along with the food I think is great you can also buy fresh vegetables to take home if you love to cook or just love vegetables. Fresh kettle corn popped right there in front of your eyes the smell is amazing and freshly squeezed lemonade now that sounds a little odd if you're it's fall and you want to warm drink but I always get a big cup of their lemonade along with a German sausage. And then on to picking your pumpkin from the pumpkin patch usually for a family or a group if I go on a group of maybe about five or six of us we spend about $100 not too bad and then don't forget if you have children they have a separate place for the children on the opposite side of the street and it'll make sense when you get there where the children can enjoy looking at the animals and hayrides and they can do their own little maze the maze is good for maybe I would say 5-year-olds in between 5 to 10 year old at the group and I would recommend taking a snack before you go in the maze and bundle up in layers it can get a little chilly when you're walking trying to find your way through Carpinito's always does a fantastic job!! At least I think so I keep coming back year after year!! read more
