From issues with my SUV, hitch installations for 2 separate vehicles, to a major problem with my trailer last summer (I couldn't have made my road trip without Norbert's keen eye and expertise!) I sent my friend there for an engine problem with her car in November. She was skeptical at first and compared prices around town. In the end, Norbert and his team offered the best deal for her. They are very honest, knowledgeable, and caring people. I'm grateful to have a local place to trust with my vehicle.

I asked, he said maybe $500. While there, I had them look into additional issues, i.e. 02 sensors, engine burning oi, overall road worthiness. (2003) etc. he said it needed suspension work, tires, etc. Also, I was apprised that there was rodent damage. I left several lists, and the car twice for a week each time. Very little got done. I purchased two parts (on Ebay) to be installed (fairly easy) and was charged $250.00 labor. The 4 tires quoted were switched to another type, and charged an extra $27+ each without contacting me. The bill came to over $3700. The 02 sensor was scanned and replaced, and the next day, the engine light on again. I'm still a bit in shock because the owner Norbert seemed like a nice guy. He's incredibly overwhelmed, with little help in the office. Next, the AC blower went out and turned out there was a mouse inside. Creepy, yes, but not my fault. They charged $100 to remove it in addition to the blower removal and replacement, $250+. $600 total. I am a retired person on a modest (dwindling) fixed income. No fair work or prices here, and now I'm staring at the engine light on and more rodent damage. Very disappointed and out nearly $4,000.

I hand them my car key and let them know what I needed done with my vehicle. Then, I go in the small waiting area with a window and pay the cashier for it. They have a snack vending machine there and the bathroom. They are definitely a Quick Stop!...they are super fast! The quickest car oil change I had ever been to. Within 20 minutes, I am out of there. On that waiting duration, they have check your lights, air filter and other things to make sure your car is in a good running condition. Customer service is always excellent and thorough. The Mechanics are very friendly, accurate and quick worker.

I am having everything documented and I am getting it a lawsuit filed against them not only for towing charges for engine damage so don't ever trust this place.
